“My daughter needed a prescription for an ear ache, which our other pharmacy did not have available nor did they want to help me with suggesting another medication. I called Norwood Pharmacy and the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure they had the medication before I went there. When I went to pick up the prescription she was very helpful in talking me through the process about how the medication should be given. I really like this pharmacy and I’m glad I was advised to go here!”

“Originally had our script sent to CVS. They told us to come back in 15 minutes as they were prepping it. When we went back, they told us that they are out of stock, and no other CVS pharmacies have it either.Sam and John at the Big Y Pharmacy went above and beyond to fix CVS's mistake. Not only did they reach out to CVS and get the script transferred, they did it without any prior notice and less than an hour before closing. Those two are amazing, and have earned customers for life.5 Stars, and could not recommend the team at Big Y highly enough.”

Their customer service is exceptional. My only complaint is with corporate who keeps them short staffed and overworked. Its sad to see the same faces every time I go in. They need more help. “Today my husband I had our RSV and Covid boosters. The entire staff was friendly, respectful and helpful. The Pharmacist gave us our shots and he was friendly, thorough, totally professional...his skills were very high as I did not even feel either of the shots. We then bought an item and the cashier was so helpful applying our discounts to our item which saved us 8 dollars off a 10 dollar item...wow!!! This Hyde Park CVS is top notch...kudos to all the staff.”

“I moved to Stoughton about 6 months ago. I used to go to the Holbrook (N. Franklin Street) CVS. Now I go to this one in Stoughton and OMG the difference is night and day! Nothing but good things to say about this CVS. The people there are top notch and I have never seen such a well-run Store. This location is obviously very busy and has a lot of customers in the pharmacy. Their drive up window is great also, they're fast and to the point. 5 stars to the management ★★★★★”

I especially would like to commend Lauren, who remembers your name and actually brightens your day. Although this is a corporate pharmacy, it feels like a neighborhood store.”
“Highly recommend ordering your whole pizza via phone ahead of time or risk waiting. Sounds reasonable. If you come with a party, have them go to the self kiosk as you wait to pay for your large purchase and order it so you feel like the wait is shorter. Otherwise found some great deals.”
