“I brought in a vintage watch for repair; Philippe evaluated it and sent it on to his repair person. Philippe texted me at least twice to let me know the status of the repair, and when it was ready, the pickup was smooth and easy and the bill was only $138.00 which seems very reasonable to me -- and a one-year warranty is included. The warm welcome and personal attention I received, even for a small item such as this, is a wonderful thing.The shop, if you've never been in, is also a treat for the senses. Glittering jewelry nicely displayed in a layout that's bright and non-intimidating. A must-visit next time you're in Norwood Center!”

“I can not say enough wonderful things about Cindi and her store. every step was made so easy, her employees helped guide us in all the right directions. my fiancé and I were given a family diamond and didn't know how to start the process of resetting it. we visited many other stores and were met with not so friendly employees who only wanted to sell us diamonds of their own and were not interested in helping us create a new setting. The second I walked into Cindi's store I was attended to right away and we were taken seriously for a change. we got to sit down and look at every design they sold and were encouraged to customize any setting we wanted! nothing was off the table I was never told no, or that my ideas would be too difficult to create. every idea I said was written down in my own little file and every time I went back they had my file ready. At last my ring was created so beautifully I started to cry when I was handed it by Cindi and her amazing employee! my ring is definitely one of a kind and was created by such a one of a kind store! if you are in the market for a special and unique ring with a fantastic experience attached please go get your next piece of jewelry from Cindis!”

“My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful for Diko and the beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands he made for us! My husband wanted to propose with his grandmother’s ring, with the intention of having me choose how to rearrange the diamonds afterwards, but wanted to get it cleaned first. His friend recommended Diko and we’ve been going back to him ever since!He got it sparkling that day and told him to come back with the fiancée ? After lots of research, we came back, me with my laptop in hand so I could show him some example photos of what I wanted. He later joked that he thought I was a salesperson when I first walked in with my laptop – I guess I probably could have used my phone ha ha! Him and his wife were both SUPER helpful, talking through different options with me and bringing things up that I hadn’t even thought to consider. They created a low-pressure environment and made sure to clarify every aspect of the ring with us before we left. We were shocked when my husband got the call that it was ready in just 2 weeks!! And it was even more gorgeous than I imagined – I was so happy!So it was no-brainer for us to go back to Diko when it was time to pick out our wedding bands. Him and his wife were happy to see us and equally as helpful and patient with us. He had a vacation to Greece planned, but made sure we had our rings before he left. Once again, we loved them! To top it off, he hand-polished my engagement ring right before our wedding so that it had an extra *sparkle* for our special day. We HIGHLY recommend Artin Fine Jewels! “Brought an antique diamond bracelet in for repair. Owner himself, Sam, dealt with us and took time to carefully examine the bracelet. What he suggested was something that a previous jeweler had not thought possible so the bracelet’s been languishing in a drawer. I was extremely impressed with the repair, fairness of price and all the staff I met. Word of warning, you might want to wear sunglasses since the jewelry displays are phenomenally glittery.”
“I brought two rings to Warren Jewelers to have fixed. Both are very sentimental and my wife was nervous giving them to anyone. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. I am extremely happy with the level of service and expertise. Exceptional company.”

“I went to Keegan's jewelry store to have a necklace altered.Bryanna helped me and she was terrific!While I was waiting for Sean, the owner, to make the change, Bryanna offered to clean my engagement ring, wedding band, and earrings, while I was waiting.I also needed large earring backs for my diamond earrings and she sold me one pair and ordered others for me.I have been here previously to have watches fixed, earrings re-paved with diamonds that have fallen out, and the staff is outstanding!This is the first time that I have written a review but it is probably the 10th time that I have stopped in for assistance with jewelry, or to make a purchase.The store is well run and they have beautiful pieces, and I always enjoy all the professionals who work there.Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.My sincere thanks!”

“I’d been looking for the perfect band to complement my engagement ring for my upcoming wedding and was having such a hard time… we even bought and returned several bands online because they didn’t fit with my setting. I randomly went in here and the two guys I talked to were so helpful; they matched me with the most perfect band within minutes! I can’t believe that I’d gone to Newbury St and tried dozens of rings for over $1k with no luck, then I walked in here and they found me the perfect match in solid gold with diamond accents for only $325. My experience here was exceptional. I wish I knew the guys’ names! Thank you so much!”

“I went in after buying a ring online from another vendor to get info on re-sizing. Rafi told me the size I would need and also the cost. But since re-sizing would ruin the inscription, he touched it up, for no cost so I could return it to the original seller without any fee. He was quick to greet me, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out with no profit to his company directly. I will definitely go back in the future!”

They were able to make a ring - rose gold with three gorgeous stones representing my mom’s kids- peridot opal and sapphire. I gave it to her last Christmas and she is always getting compliments!
