“Big Room with a King size bed and a loveseat that had a pull out sleeper. Loved the walk in shower. Free breakfast, buffet style. Service was great and everyone was helpful, and friendly. It was quiet. We opted out of housekeeping, but in the a.m. we would give them our dirty towels in exchange for clean ones. Our only issue was the mattress, we found it very uncomfortable, but we are accustomed to our top of the line bed at home so it's probably just us and not the bed. ? If you're in this area I would definitely recommend you stay here.”

“The MIT Endicott House in Dedham, MA is a beautiful meeting space. It offers spacious rooms, smart TV's (in the Brook House space), breakout rooms, meeting supplies and so much more.The staff is very professional with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs. The plated lunch is delicious offering the opportunity to network with business colleagues in a beautiful setting.The location is also easy to get to with close proximity to I95.I highly recommend it if you are looking for meeting space in the Greater Boston area!!”
“Great, very helpful staff. Breakfast is disappointing for vegetarians. It has a small swimming pool, just long enough to get a few laps in. Plenty of parking. Try to get a room away from the highway, as the constant drone of 495 makes it difficult to sleep. Rooms are clean and have a small kitchenette, which is very useful. Nothing is walkable from there. Even though the target and stop & shop were less than a mile away, one has to drive.Overall a pleasant stay.”

“I had my bridal shower at The Proctor Mansion Inn and I was blown away by how beautiful everything was. We had a tea party and every detail was perfect. Tammy was incredible at coordinating the event and making sure each and every guest was taken care of. She was very professional, accommodating and very easy to work with. Gatherings by Chef Paul catered the event and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was to work with as well. Would highly recommend The Proctor Mansion Inn for your next event!”
“The hotel is beautiful and the room was amazing.The view of the stadium from our room was incredible. The toiletries were luxury brands as well (AVEDA). While all that was wonderful, what sets this place a part from all the other hotels we stayed at on this road trip, is the staff. Both of the ladies at the front desk were a pleasure (9/8/24)! I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating they are. As someone who works in HR and has worked in customer service for many years before that, I can say with confidence that this company has found true gems! They embody everything that hospitality and customer service should be! I really can't say enough about the amazing encounter I had with them!”
“I love this place! Great rooms,gym,pool, and everything. My only gripe is that because it has a kitchen, it gets lots of workers/construction workers that stay for extended time. A lot of rooms smell like dirty socks. MANAGEMENT PLEASE HAVE MAINTENANCE RUN CARPET CLEANER MONTHLY OR BI WEEKLY.I was a maintenance person in a similar situation motel in Colorado. I cycled through each room with the carpet cleaner and it was necessary.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Boston Quincy. They were able to accommodate us last minute on our trip, everything from check in, to overall accommodations was solid. I am always a big fan of Marriotts in general, especially their bedding and this visit was no exception. The stay was very comfortable. The hotel was definitely well maintained and the lobby and rooms were modern and clean. They have their own private parking lot, which is always appreciated while traveling and with a car rental. They had a bar in the lobby that was dishing out five star classic cocktails. The service in the bar was less stellar, but the beverages made up for it. We didn't take advantage of a ton of their other amenities, as we're out and about most of the time. Overall, we were super comfortable and really enjoyed our two night stay and would definitely consider staying again.”

“I received an email from the hotel on the day that we were to check in, informing that out reservation was cancelled. When I called, they told me the credit card was declined. I explained that the card I reserved on had been compromised and a new card was issued, and I was not aware that the card would be charged before my arrival but we still needed the room. NANCY worked diligently to restore our reservation, informing that I was lucky that they had JUST ONE ROOM LEFT. She did get us in that room and managed to calm me down as I was frantic when I realized that we may not have a place to stay if NANCY had not jumped right on the problem and corrected it for us. Kudos to NANCY at the front desk. The stay was good, breakfast was great, my only issue was someone from housekeeping decided to shampoo the hallway carpets on my end (Room # 400) at 12:30 a.m. and woke us up out of a sound sleep. NANCY was quick to correct that too, giving me extra points on my IHG Rewards to make up for it.
Except for the carpet cleaning incident, it was a fortuitous and good night's stay.”
“Sometimes customer service wins out over aesthetics. My family and I needed a night out of our house due to a water issue. This was not only conveniently located but hotwire had a great deal which made it a very economical option as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome here.”

“I've stayeda few times in the last 2 weeks. One room had cocroachws and tinted sheets. I came in from the cold and the heat kept shutting off. Other than that, beds are comfortable, access to fridge and microwave in room gives for a star taken away”

“The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are very relaxing with a subtle ambience. The bar downstairs is an excellent amenity as well as the restaurant, the pool, and the gyms. The bathrooms are beautiful.
Rooms: The rooms are wonderful and comfortable.
Nearby activities: There is a shopping plaza 2 minutes away, as well as plenty of restaurants. There is also a golf course about 10 minutes or less away and a movie theater.
Food and drinks: Lots of restaurant choices including tavern In the square about a minute away”
“As a Hilton Diamond member, my two choices in the area are this Hampton Inn and the Hilton in Dedham. Choose this property: cleaner, modern and up-to-date rooms, heating and A/C work quietly, and staff with a positive attitude. Now I understand why this property is higher priced than the full-service Hilton down the road that is in a state of constant disrepair. This Hampton Inn looks better on the inside than from the outside. Complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit on one occasion. Mick Morgan's Pub Next door but separate from the hotel. Few small gripes: * Coffee is always warm...not hot * Popular FOX Business channel is missing * Limited sports channels * Only 2 luggage carts for this large property * No water bottle filling station Overall, I will return.”
“Staff are very nice. Safe place to stay. Really great rates especially when booking through 3rd party(can get a room anywhere from $85-$95) a night. Kitchenettes are awesome. Place is clean! No complaints very quiet. I couldn’t hear anything. Staff are very helpful. Everyone there is Amazing for staff! Brian always goes above and beyond he needs a raise! :)”
