Terrible experience at this hotel. I don’t know if I should even call this place a ‘hotel’ when it is definitely a motel… it is very sketchy. Definitely seems like the kind of place that would have hidden cameras in the rooms. Room was not clean. Bed smelled of an old lady. They said they could provide a crib for my infant, but I was given an old pack n play that was stained and very clearly dirty. Baby cockroaches in the room. Mini fridge was disgusting and was not cold. Decided to try and tough it out since they have a no refund policy but as soon as I laid down to sleep I was instantly getting bit by bugs.. thankfully they were not bed bugs, but fleas. Fleas were in our bed! We booked another hotel immediately. Didn’t even stay one night in this dirty place. Definitely regret paying for it without reading the reviews…

Rooms not cleaned very well. Dirt and hair all over the floor. Fridge had multiple dents and hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Guy at front desk acted stupid when asked for ID back like he didn't have it. Overall okay for a quick no where else stay but not worth the money they charge a

I stayed there when I missed my flight. The clerk forgot to give my license back so I can catch my other flight. So the owner I believe drove about 30 miles to bring it to me. How honorable that was so I wouldn't miss this flight? God blessed you and your business!

Ive definitely seen better. Its annoying to be rushed out of this place every time we stay!! Treat diamond members how they are supposed to be.

The rooms were fine for the price, but they were noisy and I slept poorly. The floorboards are thin and I could hear the guy upstairs stomping around at 1am. Then at 6:30am the maintenance guy showed up and started running a very loud motor/piece of equipment in the parking lot for over an hour. There was no way for me to sleep through the noise. Go somewhere else if you actually want to sleep.

What a trashy place.The guy in the morning I spoke with was extremely rude, the "continental breakfast" was a joke. Stale cereal, and bruised fruit.The tv in my room would only work intermittently.The curb appeal of this place alone makes you want to run for your life.My room was clean, that's about the only good thing I can say.I definitely wouldn't ever return.Nearby activities: The Irish restaurant next door has amazing food and great staff.

Stayed here for Taylor Swift and it was the perfect location, clean rooms, remodeled bathroom, and the check in clerk was so nice. Definitely recommend!

My Mom paid $500 for one night after going to the T Swift concert. It was disgusting. There were bugs, mold, stains, and everything was out of date. I do not recommend staying here.

Ok so everyone knows by reviews this place is a hole in the wall. Just bring your own sheets and cleaner trust me on this one!! (Thank me later) That's the only reason I slept ok was because I brought my own sheets. This place is so dirty!!! I liked the location of the restaurant next door and walking home was nice just make sure your not alone! I thought this was close to Gellette but ended up being about a 15-20 minute drive. I missed my turn and had to do the loop all over again. That was another 10 minutes. The heat was broken so you either have to be extremely hot or extremely cold there was no middle option.. definitely not a place for kids!! It feels very creepy. Guy at front desk was nice. It is what it is. The price was right!

Yikes! Hair in tub, bottom sheet on bed wasn't fitted and barely covered mattress... Cigarettes burns in blanket, heat barely worked. I booked this because it says 3 miles from Gellette Stadium it ended up being around 7 miles and if you miss a hidden turn be prepared to drive 7 more miles to get back. I brought my own sheets (highly recommend) you have been warned. I wouldn't have slept in the bed if I didn't. There was a nice restaurant/bar in the parking lot walking distance that was probably the best thing about my stay. Guy at front desk was nice. I like that you can park out front your room too. I brought my own paper towels and cleaner after reading reviews so I just cleaned the room myself. Price was right!

Customer service skills were lacking. The power strip was defective. The fridge froze our beers. Toilet was tiny and reluctant to flush. Shower was poor quality head and the temperature directions were backwards. No ventilation in the restroom. Forget changing your dates or canceling. Continental breakfast was falsely advertised. My keys stopped working midway through my stay. There was a bottle opener installed on the wall. This place is trash and overpriced (250% surge) especially for events at Gellette.

I found a large needle in the bedside drawer of the first room I was assigned to. I brought it up to staff and they moved me to a new room. I was very disappointed with the quality of concern for guests safety. I was very disappointed with my stay, especially at the rate that I paid.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. To start off the pictures that they show online are not what the rooms look like. We got two rooms and they were both equally disgusting. The rooms were filthy, the screens on the windows were pried off from the alleyway in the back, they had duct tape holding the tv's together, under the beds were empty beer cans and trash. We checked in, saw the rooms, found a new hotel and checked right back out. This place is not a safe environment for anybody....RUN!!
