Doug was as unhelpful as he was unenthusiastic. Did not introduce himself. Was unpersonable. Took 2.5 hours to convert from prepaid to family plan. Did not advise of any specials or upgrades we were eligible for, despite all 3 lines being eligible. We actually had to tell him what the programs were offered . So did his coworkers. At the conclusion of the deal he jumped in his mini-cooper and left in a cloud of man-bun and disappointment.

Unfortunately there aren't many Verizon stores in the Providence area, so we get what we get. That said, "Tai" at the Seekonk Verizon store was probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever. This dude kept hiding his head in his jacket, playing with his bandaids, and had no clue how to help me with with my phone issues (the entire visit). Not sure how anyone else at this store measures up (or down) but I definitely won't waste my time here again. lol

This place is useless now (a decade ago it was the place to go). Now TO BE CLEAR I THINK THE SALEMEN ARE OKAY. But despite their good attitude, and despite this being a corporate owned store, the authorized Verizon retailer 10 minutes away in Swansea knows more about the phones and the Verizon service than this store!HONESTLY THOUGH? It's because SONE authorized retailers will ACTUALLY FIRE salemen and women who DON'T have knowledge. Some of the people at the authorized retailer I go to (Verizon Cellular Sales) actually left a corporate store to get ACTUAL TRAINING so they could be helpful.I will admit authorized retailer ARE HIT OR MISS (I hit a MASSIVE miss FAR WORSE than ANY corporate store, but thankfully "Grand Wireless is DEAD now)I WILL ADMIT though they don't know much, the people in this store ARE AT LEAST TRYING. Years they had a 4. Why? BECAUSE CORPORATE WASN'T MESSING THEIR STORE UP!Some people are fine in this store. Heck sometimes you HAVE to go to a corporate store (ie to pay a bill). But while I understand older people that just want in and out are fine, if your a techie like me with A LOT OF QUESTIONS...Go to an Authorized retailer (Though credit where it's do this store is still better than the 1-star TOTALLY USELESS corporate store in Warwick...)

I went to pay on my wife's cell phone that we have for years. I have gone into this store evey 3 months to pay. Today I was told I could not make the payment that my wife hsd to do it. I was told it's company policy. Since when? Where is the notice of this change,? This makes no sense to me. Have you lost your mind. What kind of service is this besides poor. This is unaccepable. This is not the first time I've had a problem here at this location. My wife is going there now. Good luck.

Absolutely worst salesman I have ever had! I need a new phone and Verizon keeps sending text messages to upgrade my phone. My parents and I are on the same plan that we've had for the last 18 years. My father and I have the exact same phone and my mother has a flip phone. The text message I am receiving is addressed to the account holder it is not a generic message so I go and I ask the salesperson if I can get this upgrade. You could tell right away the man did not want to help me his whole attitude was negative. He goes on to his tablet for 30 seconds and tells me my phone is not eligible. I understand that my phone is not new however I don't understand why Verizon sends personalized text messages to people if none of the phones on the plan qualifies for their promotion. I have had this happen before at other stores over the years but they always try to find me a phone that is close to the $5 more a month that they are advertising. I don't care what phone I have as long as it works. He did not even try to sell me anything else what so ever just watched me walk away. Very aggravating

Beyond the absolute worst service you can get is at this location, the people in here won’t help you with anything, and they have an attitude. I’d rather drive 50 miles away then to come to this location near me.

I was told to go to the Seekonk store because it is corporate. My issue was to stop automatic payments for an elderly lady who is no longer capable. They said they can't access the account without the phone, gave me a number to call who said go back to the store with poa. I went back to the store to ask if I brought the poa can they help and they said yes they could access the account. The parting statement from one of them was "I believe you but I'm not going into that account, corporate won't like that. I'm just a salesman" My complaint is why say you can't access the account when you actually can? Why give me a number to call who told me they can't help? I don't really blame the reps at the store. They are obviously not trained to help someone with this issue. Why not say "I don't know the answer but I will make a call and find out?" I did get the correct information from the Verizon Community page and I need to send the poa to the New Jersey office so even if I brought the poa to the store they still wouldn't have been able to help. Please train the store reps, especially the ones in the corporate store where they are supposed to help with these matters.

On 2 occasions before going to this store my husband had called and asked specifically if they could help us with 2 different situationsBoth times after we tell them the same issues we said on the phone they tell us to either call the technical problem line or geek squad to help...Not sure if this is some kind of game or some kind of lack of understanding/communication because not once but twice we wasted our time going here.I'm not sure why they can't tell us the same information on the phone.Only reason still has 3 stars is because there was no wait and the guys who've helped us were nice.

It took 20 minutes after I walked in the store for anybody to help me. There were at least four employees and only two other customers in the store. I just had to drop a phone off as a trade in. Don't go here if you don't like to wait.
