This place has to be one of the worst usps. I had to ship two packages and I was there for 30 min because they couldn’t figure it out and told me to come back later. The last package I shipped from here got lost and I asked how could they help me and said they didn’t know to maybe look online. I don’t think anyone here really know what they are doing and they are so careless doing anything. Drive somewhere else to save yourself the trouble

Eek. Every time i've gone to this location I know I'm gonna deal with someone that has a stick up their you know what. Went in last time and had two men--bald guy and another with a lot of body hair--making eyes at one another as I was helped. Coming off as very dismissive and rude when I was the only person in the post office. I'd ask for a receipt to give them customer service feedback but they're so rude I don't even wanna stay in the building long enough for it to print. You're better off going to the east providence location a few minutes down the road.

I still have issues with my mail a YEAR after I moved into my apartment! I had to pay for a change of address online just now because these people don’t know how to do their job! The manager Chris never fixed my issue! Instead of putting the correct address so I can receive my mail they delete my current address! UNBELIEVABLE!!

anytime you drop your packages off at the EP seasons gas station they end up here in seekonk. they never scan in packages timely it's been since Saturday and my package still shows like I never dropped it off. I called seasons the woman says they've came twice to pick up mail. This is not my first time with this issue. Y'all are beyond horrible. When you call for questions they never pick up. it ain't that busy over there.

Asked them to hold a package. They confirmed it would be held verbally. Also says on tracking info on phone that package was being held at this post office. Also when I call tracking information by phone, it said at customers request it was being held at post office. This makes 3 ways of confirmation that it was being held at post office. They lost the package ?.

They have lost not one but two copies of my newborns social security card. I have called and asked repeatedly what happened and I get no answers. I am furious that such an important document was handled so poorly!!
