This terminal for UPack is amazing. We had some hiccups with our move, but these guys were on it ASAP. They also were funny and personable. We have moved 7 times in 10 years, so we have interacted with a lot of moving crews/companies, and these guys easily take the cake for best customer interaction/service. They provided some comedic relief to my husband and I during our chaotic move. 10/10!

This is the second time we’ve used U-Pack for a cross-country move and they were great again. It’s so easy to book, they’ve beaten the travel estimate both times, and price is super reasonable. There’s only been very minor damage to a couple of items and that’s entirely because of the way I packed the trailer. I hope I don’t move again anytime soon, but I will definitely use U-Pack if so, and will continue to highly recommend them.

We used U-Pack for our move across the country. We hired movers that were not associated with U-Pack for loading and unloading our containers. It was much cheaper than using a full service moving company. We were very happy with U-Pack. The containers were delivered when we requested them and picked up the day we requested. We ended up moving to a different location (about 1 hour from our previous location). They moved our containers to a different facility to be delivered for a very reasonable price. Storage was easy and when we were ready to move in our containers were delivered and picked up exactly when we requested. My one suggestion is to order 1 more container then you think you need just in case. We were unable to fit all of our belongings in the containers I ordered. If you do not use the extra one, you are not charged for it. If I was moving again I would use U-Pack without hesitancy.

We were referred to you packed because pods did not deliver to the area we're moving to. The price they offered was lower and the trailer we got was bigger. I felt bad for the manager Ben because of this whole Covid plandemic, he only had two drivers so our truck arrived late, very late. But it was a situation out of his control. I read some of the reviews here of people complaining of their items arriving damaged, there was a picture of a cardboard box with rusty water marks on it, didn't look like there was any water damage like the person stated. This company is great I would highly recommend it.

Horrible customer service. For a company that is in the business of moving people's whole lives, they do not care. Would never use them again or recommend any else should either.

From Massachusetts to Arizona, the entire experience was so simple . Everyone I spoke to from the drivers to dispatch was great. They explained everything and they did exactly what they said they were going to do! Thank you for making the move so easy!

We had 2 pods sent from Warwick, RI to Port St Lucie, FL and the move went off without a hitch. The pods were delivered on time and placed exactly where we requested in the driveway. The low profile made the loading easy and the “how to pack” videos had great pointers to ensure we didn’t have anything damaged.

The ease scheduling make this company very attractive. The only reason they don't get five stars for me is because it took them two days after they said they were picking up my truck to actually pick it up. However I must say it was still delivered to my new city and state on time! But I have to say I was worried. Especially since I had already left.

We used upack for a cross-country move and they were great. They explained everything in detail, followed up with great paperwork, and then delivered as promised. As requested they showed up with 2 containers. When everything fit in one, we were only charged for one. We shipped a lot of breakables and they were fine. We used the storage option and that went smoothly. During this pandemic self-service is great.
