Everyone at Trustworthy was extremely professional and great customer service. I needed a transmission replacement and they help me get financing. They called me with updates and offered different options for repairs. No pressure from them on paying for the most expensive option or a less expensive one. Very reasonable prices

No longer wanted to use my dealership for car service so I searched for mechanics who work on Range Rovers (not many if not any at all in the Rhode Island area) and found Trustworthy Auto. I initially spoke with Jacob who was a complete delight and super informative. I then spoke with Brandon who was just as knowledgeable and kind. They provided me with pictures and detailed explanations of any issues with the vehicle and an itemized quote. After my car was fixed, I had a super small noise issue but they quickly corrected this within one day and gave me a complimentary car wash for the inconvenience. Would totally recommend this shop moving forward. Most certainly bringing my car back here for the next service. Thanks guys!

My vehicle had been at two different shops that claimed they knew VW. $ 3500 later, I found Trustworthy Auto. My car is happy and healthy now thanks to the team at Trustworthy Auto. They did the job(s) right, estimates before work, and accurate ! Great communication with Trustworthy. I’ll be a repeat customer for certain. Thanks guys !

Went in today for prepurchase inspection. Excellent customer service Jacob at the front desk was very friendly. The guys who checked the vehicle were very thorough and explained everything. Prices were very fair. All around great shop will definitely use them in the future!

I dropped off my truck for trustworthy to replace my transmission, balance and rotated
my tires, adjust my alignment, perform an oil change and engine clean, and replace brake fluid. I had my truck back the next week. They didn’t try to sell me extra stuff and even recommended to not do a certain service due to it not being current. Brandon was very helpful and answered any questions I had. They are truly trustworthy and have gained a customer for life

Great to work with. Tools for phone savy customers, with estimates, pictures, invoicing, payments all online if you want to use it. Not trying to be the cheapest but offer better techs and quality work. Have to ask questions on expensive repairs no different than most places.
