COMPLETE SCAM DONT GO HERE. Wish I could give 0 stars. Didn't tell me there was a fee just to bring my car in and take a look at it. I'm not from here so maybe RI/MA is different but I've never heard of that. Never been charged anything for my regular guy I usually go to to spend like an hour looking at something.Complete scam. Quoted me almost DOUBLE the actual cost. Mind blowing. Took it down the st to a local place in east providence got the work done for $2000 compared to the $3900 these people tried to charge. Absolutely disgusting behavior I wish there was a better way to report this and get the info out. I had to bring it to a ford location but found out my issue wasn't covered so I took it to Wallys. Super nice guy honest pricing GO THERE INSTEAD or quite literally anywhere else!!!!

...be very 'careful' here - they have very little 'respect' for their hires/help - can you imagine 'then' what absolute 'none' respect for 'you' as a customer - 'BEWARE' -

I purchased three vehicles from this dealership in less than four months. Two of the three were delivered from other Tasca dealerships due to Tasca Seekonk being awesome. Alex was our sales consultant on all three vehicles. Tony and Rob were great too. I wouldn't think of purchasing a vehicle any place else.

2 years ago my 2014 Escape blew a engine at 75k miles. Apparently this is a known issue on those engines. I paid about $7K at this dealership for a new motor. A year later the transmission went. Another $7K. 6 weeks after the transmission went, I started having misfires on cylinder 1. I bring it back and find out its a bad coil. Take it home and 8 weeks later its back in. This time they tell me its a cracked spark plug. Bring it home, next day misfires. Go back now they put all new coils. Go home and 2 months later misfires on cylinder 1. New coil. I ask at this point what would cause this and am told by service that they have no idea. 2 months later, another blown coil.I was stuck far from the dealership so I ran to Oreilly and threw in a aftermarket coil just to get me home and to the dealer on Monday. When I call Monday I start getting told that it will be a big job to figure this out and the diagnostic rate is 180.00 an hour. I argued this because after doing my research, it seems there is a good chance these coils are blowing from 1 of 2 things. A bad ECU or a bad ground. I explained that Im wondering if there is a bad ground when they did the transmission because 7 weeks earlier my 1 year old battery dies. I put in a brand new battery and 6 days later while sitting parked with the radio on for 20 minutes, the battery died and I needed a jump. It seemed to me that something is causing a parasitic draw. When I explained this to service I was dismissed. They told me that the car is old and I really should just consider the options here. This is after they took over $15K from me in repairs over two years. Now, let me be fair. Over the last year the car had to go back in due to misfires 4 times after the transmission and I was not charged for those revisits. There was good faith over the last year and I appreciate that. However, I had put 15K keeping this car going because of the enormous sentimental impact the car had to our family. It had a new motor and transmission. All I needed now was for a tech to go through and check the grounds. I was told the ECU (computer) couldnt be tested and if i wanted to replace it im looking at $1000 to do it, but this couldnt gaurantee a repair. So if I wanted to just try replacing random parts, that was their suggestion. Eventually we came to a agreement that I could bring the car in for another lookover. After a day I was told they couldnt find anything. I went and got the car and when I saw the notes it stated they test drove the car 30 miles and couldnt replicate the issue. OF COURSE NOT because I had just replaced the coil and this was something happening almost every 2 months. Rather than actually break out a multimeter or oscilloscope and also check the grounds, it was another quick in and out for them. From the beginning with a faulty engine under 100K miles with a known issue, to the job they did rebuilding the transmission and my subsiquent 4 coil failures in 1 year, I have no faith in Ford as a company, its products, and the ability of the technicians. Obviously they are not very well trained because when I suggested the computer might be bad 6 months earlier I was blown off and then when I suggest there may be a bad ground causing high resistance, therefore shorting out coil #1 and draining my battery, I was told the car is old. I am now done with this dealership and pursuing resolution through a different avenue, but being a consumer who relies rather heavilly on reviews, I feel its paramount that I place this here. The dealer will dispute this and because its a google review, I cannot reply back after they do, but you can easily locate me online if youd like further details. Highly advise you to stay far away from this business. There are some good people that work there, as in any business, but in the end you will be left disappointed.

Update: it's now Thursday and no vehicle. They had to send it to their Jeep store to get fixed. ( not sure why they didn't start with that). Jeep store said another week. So one whole month to get a used vehicle. Like I said before. Never again

Lifelong Ford owners (at least 14 owned), we drove almost 3 hours roundtrip last August, on a SCHEDULED date/time, to see a new 2022 Bronco at Tasca Ford Seekonk. That Bronco was sold before we arrived and no courtesy call was made to inform us. Instead, we placed a new order for a 2023 Bronco. NINE months later and there is ZERO communication about the order unless we initiate it. Errol Gaudette, Tasca GM, told us that Ford prioritized only the most expensive Broncos for manufacture so there is no ETA on ours. We have never been so unhappy about a car purchase. Tasca's slogan "You Will Be Satisfied" is meaningless.

Appointments for quick lane are not really appointments, just go and wait hours for your turn

Guy at the counter was really cool. The facility was meh, and it took 4 hours to change the oil. Ever since, my tire pressure gauge has been sounding off. Since they're after market tires, I'm not sure yet how to fix it. Gotta do some research.

Where is the option for a zero star rating? Direct quote I was told by the service department, "You're not my father, I don't need to listen to you".I have been to the dealer twice, but let me start with my experience before I ever went to Tasca. I had a reservation for a new Ford with another dealer that was far from my house. I wanted to transfer it over to Tasca to establish a relationship with a dealer closer to my home. The people I spoke to were so unwilling to help with that transfer, saying they weren't able to do it. As a result I ended up buying my truck from the original dealer. Now fast forward to actually needing to bring this 2 month old, $55k truck in for service. Both times the service team has been dismissive. I came in with an appointment only to be told that my truck (which they wouldn't even look at while I was there so I could show them the problem) needed to be there over the weekend. Why did I schedule an appointment 1.5 months in advance if I was going to have to wait that long? The team was so rude, and when I said something about it I was told, "You're not my father, I don't need to listen to you". THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I can appreciate that teams are overwhelmed post pandemic. I feel this every single day that I go to work, but it isn't an excuse for treating your would be customers poorly.I buy new cars too often and have dealt with many different dealers in the area. This is my 3rd new Ford in 12 months. The service team here is by far the worst. Avoid TASCA at all cost unless you appreciate feeling like you are not the priority. Needles to say, I would never give TASCA my business ever again. Also, this does remind me of the first car I bought from TASCA in 2010. I bought a brand new Mazda from them. I had the car for 6 months before something went wrong. It sat in their service department for over 3 months as they tried to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Bought a truck from tasca ford. Week later felt transmission sliping / hard shifting 3rd to 4th gear told them about it they sent it to dodge for a transmission relearn. Now a month later I need a new transmission and ford says I own it. I think they should cover considering it is an existing problem that they said they fixed. Ford said it's different because no code came up and they don't own it. I do not recommend going to Tasca Ford Errol the general manager is a horrible person and could care less About you. They care so much about there reviews, they didn't send me one to fill out. Like every dealership does about a thousand times even if it's just an oil change. What a joke they know I wasn't satisfied so they won't let me review them hahahaha. DO NOT go there even if your desperate. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

Hands down the worst dealer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They don't answer calls. They don't call you back. Then they act like you're the one that's wrong when you finally get a hold of someone. I hd to go to the top of the company to even get a response on the issue with my vehicle and just that took around 3 months of back and forth to finally get the process going. I was essentially sold a service that didn't even apply to my car, was paying for said service for 3 years until I wanted to take advantage of the service I was sold and when I wanted to apply that service, was then told it didn't apply to my vehicle. They told me I should have known what I was signing, which I'll agree is partially true. But I don't think they should have their greasy salesmen selling things they don't know the specifics too either. It's not my job as a customer to know what does and doesn't apply to the vehicle I'm purchasing (which was my second from here in a 5 year span) and the way it was explained and sold to me was basically a "yeah everything's covered with the policy." So next time I purchase a vehicle I'll know to bring a damn lawyer with me if that's the case. Also know it won't be from this dealer that has a 1 star rating here and 1.5 rating on Google. Doesn't seem like a coincidence apparently
