I was concerned when they renovated the store but have ultimately been surprised by how much more efficient is has become. I am trying to learn the self check out but it is not always so easy for me though someone is usually present to assist. I think they could use a few more of those as the lines tend to be long. Overall it is a good store to shop in and I would recommend it to my friends.

I went to this store with my autistic 6 year old child tonight. I put her in the special needs "Caroline's Cart" shopping cart that target supplies for those with special needs, as she does have special needs and she by all means is entitled to use it. Upon checkout, I was approached by an employee stating the cart was for those only with special needs and I can't take it outside because it's for "those who need it". I find this highly offending and inappropriate. Just because someone doesn't fit the visual for disabled doesn't mean they aren't.

Horrible experience in target today ( I know it's the Christmas season but still) management sucks and did not help anyone out today. 4 self serve and 3 registers open. Then the register wasn't working but the employee still was working on it when she was told to switch witch register she did not. Management yelled at her and said switch to this one because that was isn't working because of the paper. Then other customers were getting really man and told the manger there should be more people working seeing has its Christmas in a week! I then said "maybe you should hire new people to work seeing people need jobs" the look on her face was so surprised! like yeah hire people they need jobs.

There is no place without its flaws, but it's a rare day this Target has them in my opinion and personal experiences. I suffer from bad anxiety and there are times where some days life can be way too much! That is why Target drive up is such an excellent service and there is no minimum for pickup orders which is fantastic. There are others who I'm sure struggle with disabilities of all kinds that the service is great for and helps them get things they need. The other side of that is the people who work at this Target and who work on the pickup orders during all kinds of weather. I've seen some of them doing it by themselves and it's an awful lot to handle. Knowing most companies I'm sure they're not as appreciated as they should be, but I've never worked at a Target and can't say for sure. Tonight my boyfriend and I did a pickup order and this really wonderful woman, who we don't know her name, was trying to get everyone their items as quickly as she could. She apologized even though it was quite understandable that we waited a little extra. I wish we were able to get her name to use in the review, but wanted to let her know she was awesome and we appreciated her. Not only that, but we've been in the store many times and it's always pretty easy to find items, it's clean, it's mostly well stocked, and they have good customer service. During pickup orders we've had missing items like twice out of many. All we do is call from the parking lot and they quickly bring our item out to us. To be fair that is an us problem too because it is also our responsibility to check before we leave so it's not something I'd knock stars off of with how rarely it occurs, and how well they've handled the situation when it happens. All in all a great store who provides a great service for those who might have whatever reason for not entering the store for their items, and it's why we go here.

If not for my cell phone carrier interrupting I had the most dedicated customer service rep in the tech department during my visit over the weekend. Jordan went above and beyond in trying to get my phone upgrade activated and without his dedication it would have been very easy to get frustrated. Next was his manager, Ann, who personally called me to follow up with the ongoing issues my carrier was causing. I would definitely recommend the Seekonk Target electronics department!

Not a bad Target! Was able to get what I needed. Nothing extraordinary about this one in particular, great if you need a Target!

This is the first time I have ever been in this particular Target Store and it will be the last time! The store is a mess - everything is thrown all over the place; carts with stock to be put on shelves are just left in the middle of walkways, so you can't get by. A piddly fee artificial Christmas trees that you can't get near because boxes are like all over the place, blocking your way!!! This very POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! Just a disgusting place and certainly not what any other Target has ever looked like to me! Shameful!

In the Past, I Have Always Marveled How Clean and Neat this Target Store in Seekonk, MA Is. Today it Was a Total Disaster! What a Mess! The Men's Clothing Area Had Clothes Strewn Everywhere! You Couldn't Find Sizes You We're Looking for! The Staff Was Arguing with Each Other. In the Middle of a Sunday Afternoon There We're Hand Trucks and Piles of Merchandise Blocking the Aisles. This Store Looks Worse Than Walmart Next door!! That's a Real Insult to Target Corporation. It's Just Easier to Shop Online!

I ordered something early in the morning and when I called about it the associate said it had 11 minutes! It didn't get done on time and for an order made at 6:23 am not be ready because they're so backed up is appalling! They're just slave drivers waiting for the kids to come in later in the day and pick the orders! And then they're laughing on the phone while lying that they're backed up with orders!

I've been to several targets in the area & this is by far the worst. Not what I've come to expect in terms of service, speed and cleanliness. Only two registers open around 5 PM, and only three self check outs working, led to a line about twenty people deep. Items I intended to purchase were scanning in at prices not matching the signs on the pegs they were found on. This store is an overall hot mess and not at all fun to shop at.

Lost receipt with Nintendo download code worth $60. Had all information to provide to store to get a reprint just for them to tell me the receipt does not re-print with the game code. I was told online I needed to return to the store I bought the game from. Target online information was wrong and In store clerk lacked any care. Told me I had to purchase another game and no refund would be given. This is a terrible business practice. More importantly, the person that checked me out did not point out the game code necessary to access the game was on the receipt.

The WORST Target in America. The manager Lisa is rude and unprofessional. Beware of Target curbside pickup at this location, they can't seem to get the orders right and you won't know until you get home!

I went to this target to purchase an iPhone for my wife. I went to the electronics department and inquired about purchasing a brand new iPhone 12. I was looking to purchase this iPhone outright. I was helped by a customer service person named Ann. She was extremely rude and condescending when I inquired about purchasing a iPhone. She asked me if I was an AT&T customer and I told her I was a Verizon customer. She proceeded to tell me multiple reasons why she could not sell me an iPhone. I told her my wife purchased and iPhone for me at another target with no problem whatsoever but she continued to insist that did not happen. I asked her if she could help my by contacting another target to see if they had an iPhone in stock that I could buy but she refused to help me. I found this very frustrating and I will not visit this target store again. I wish target hired employees who actually want to help customers instead of employees who have no intention of doing anything to help customers.

This target seriously needs to train all their cashiers better. In the last month, on 3 separate shopping occasions, I've gotten home unpacked my stuff and realized items are missing. Check the receipt, yep I was charged of course they're just MIA. First time this happened I called right away, yep the bag was there, I went back to grab the bag and they had already returned all the items to the shelves (even though I called and said I'm coming to grab it), so I had to go all around the store and collect the items I had just collected to purchase hours before because their cashier didn't hand me all my bags. Second time same exact scenario happened. Third time, I even CHECKED to see if there were any remaining bags, there weren't, so I'm confused why this cashier just left unbagged items behind and let me walk away????? Wtf? I'm literally going to go out of my way to shop at a different target solely because these employees are incompetent. You think one out of the three times this has happened one cashier would chase after me and say oh there's still a bag. Nope. Idiots

Extremely poor/unprofessional management and consistently opening at least 5-10 minutes late from the listed opening time. They do not post noticeable signs or alerts on the door or google page that they only let the "at risk people" come in for the first hour (they have it in very small writing). Very disappointed. Will be taking my business across the street to Walmart which is better managed and the staff is not as lazy,
