I know it's sort of weird to review a T-Mobile but I wanna say this location in particular is probably one of the best ones I've ever been to. The customer service is spectacular and they really know what they're talking about and were able to answer all our questions and concerns with our plan. The process of trading in my iPhone XS Max for the new iPhone 15 was remarkably smooth. The staff guided me through each step, ensuring that I understood the terms of the trade-in and helping me choose the best plan for my needs. We got our plan sorted and a new phone all in same day and it didn't even take an hour. And I gotta say the transition to my new iPhone was seamless. Thanks to the assistance of the T-Mobile team, I felt as though I hadn't changed my phone at all. Everything from transferring my data to setting up my new device was handled efficiently, allowing me to start enjoying my new iPhone right away. If you ever need anything fixed with your plan this is the hassle-free location to do so

They don't have the Samsung phone I was looking for which is weird because it is the most popular one I also checked another store in the T-Mobile group and got sort of the same thing so I'm going to consider my options

BEWARE Money hungry store employee tried to scam me out of $60 a month She said "don't switch a tablet line over to a call line" why because she wants a new line activation to get sales goals I called customer service myself unlimited is $90 I was told $150 for 2 lines in store! never again will I deal with the seekonk store again!! online customer service moving forward..

Good service, but always very busy. The staff is very diligent and very helpful but they are often swamped so you can be waiting here for 45 minutes. Every time I come it’s a long wait. Despite how helpful the staff is, they don’t let you know of any deals and for real complicated stuff you’d still have to go online anyway. Still, I’d rather go to this T-Mobile than the others in Providence

I am very appreciative of the service I received from Pat. I came in frantic on a sunday at 4:00 because I restarted my phone and, being technology challenged, didn't know what to do when it didn't restart. It actually did a factory reset and I lost everything, so I thought. Pat was so patient and understanding. He tried all he could to help me and got me to a point , and gave me instructions on what I needed to do when I got home to verify information to finish the set up . I followed his instructions and everything came back up!! I was impressed with how easily he was able to help me. Thank you!!

Stay away. Bait and switch everytime I visit this store. If they offer any credits get it in writing if you can.They offered a trade-in value of $450 but said I had to fix the small scratch which would cost less than $100. I went to get it fixed and found out that it costs over $200. I went back to get the other offer which was $215 off. They said that would be "automatically applied" after 2 payment cycles. Mind you none of this in writing. I went back and asked them to give it in writing. They said they can't, company policy! I had the store manager hand write what he promised which is if the $215 is not applied he will honor the credit. I suspect when I go to visit there will another story why they cannot. I have been a T-mobile customer for 20 years. Very dissapointed. It's time to switch to a fair and honest company.

My wife and I had quite alot to change and upgrade. Michael handled the entire thing with poise and patience. This is now my permanent T-mobile location. Thanks for a great experience Michael.
