Very unprofessional they lie straight to your face they do not put bolts back in place that they removed. They brake parts on the vehicle an say absolutely nothing about it to the customer they charge you for work they didn't do I can go on an on truly dissatisfied with this business I paid$ 15,000 dollars an I supplied all the Body Parts replaced an all I was told what do you think you're getting for $15,000 a Barrett-Jackson job.If you're looking for someone to give you a hack job T&K AUTO BODY & SALES ..is the place to go

I had some extensive front end damage to my car. T & K took my car in that day. . Had the appraiser on site in 24 hours, and the work began. My car looks AMZING! Back to looking brand new again. Tracey and Kyle could not of been more professional and friendly. They washed, waxed and vacuumed the whole car. Thank you Both!!!!! Highly recommend ?

I went to ask for an estimate and that old man spent 5 minutes touching his face and looking at the front of the car, when the damage was in the rear bumper and the trunk. Then he asked me how much deductible I had and I repeated that he would pay out of my pocket. I doubt that these people know what they are doing. I will not risk !!!!!!!!!!

I had minor rear fender damage which required mostly paint to repair. The work was done well and I was content with the outcome as well as the price. I did notice that the privacy screen on my hatchback was removed. The next day I tried to put it back in place and found that the pieces that hold it in were broken off. I went back to Tri-Star and showed the owner. He had no explanation of why the workers would have removed it for the repair. I thought the car may have been used during the time that I had left it for repair and that something had been placed on the screen to break it. He told me he would see how much it would be to replace it and get back to me. Since that was 5 months ago I don't think I will get it replaced by them. Unfortunately I have no way to prove that it was intact when I left it. I would not trust them again with my car although the work was well done.

Was in a minor fender bender and took my car to Tri-Star. Met with Cory, he was upfront, professional, gave me different options for repair, and was a pleasure to work with. The work was outstanding - you could never tell there was damage - the paint matched perfect. Very leased and highly recommend if you have auto body repair issues. Thanks Tri-Star!

i am new here & called for insurance estimate. i was respectful & upfront that i wanted check 1st so i could check with bbb, yelp, & my family/frieds so that i would be using a quality place. that was why i let you know before estimate whixh would have taken you about 15 minutes with paperwork & faxing. then i was in process of telling you i wanted to check out other shops since i would have funds. you said i was wasting your time!! uou will never know because i could have had the work done at tristar, you are ruse & unprfoessial. i coud have just had estimate done & never let you know i wanted the check so i could make an informed choice on where to get a very small amount of bumper work done with good reviews which you have except for your total rudenes today. i will never recommend you to anyone ever, if being honest gets you told i am wating your time when as it looks i probly would have had my bumper repaired by. you. you never even gave me the chance!! not everyone wants to get a check & run some of like to have our card looking in good repair, but just want the best job done if you had cared to ask or listen
