Went in to buy a few things to work on my car. Everything is in its own little prison cell. I left and went to Harbor Freight. Shopping in a prison is not something I prefer to do. A lost $200 sale.

This place is insanely expensive. Go in the store pull out your phone and go on home depots website. Then compare any item you find in rocky's. It's unbelievable.

Got a spare key from the dealership and took it here to have cut and they wouldn't do it because it wasn't theirs,they wanted almost 300 bucks to buy and cut one,I was shocked,these places r supposed to be honest and a cheaper alternative but they still over charge like the dealer does,we expect it from the dealer but not from a hardware store that has 0 knowledge on vehicles,u pay top dollar for a service on a vehicle they know nothing about,sounds like greed to me!I will never shop here again,u can perform a service and still be honest,this is just about profit margines,very sad to see,it's bad enough items r expensive enough but the easy service that should be more affordable than the stealership!

The lady at the checkout was super friendly. The rest of the staff was very helpful including the person I spoke with on the phone prior to visiting to check the availability of a product. I bought the Ospho rust converter. You guys were awesome!

Our service person was great. He answered all our questions and provided great information. We purchased a snowblower and some other winter essentials. Everything we needed was available. Better still they will deliver so no set up on our part.
