The sale was easy with Maggie.Chris in the Service Department is fantastic.Acura is horrible, dim headlights, I've been stopped 3 times, twice my State Police, once by local police for dim headlights, SAFETY ISSUE. Middle console, clip broken.Chris has been doing his best with Acura to put the headlights that belong in the vehicle. I'm holding onto faith for it to get done. Chris will fix the clip it's just plain aggravating. I know that it will be taken care of. Acura is very difficult. Praying for the best.Update: Service Department was fantastic in my experience with the dim lights. Everything is A++++Thank-you for everything, Happy Thanksgiving to all ?❤️

I'm a 60 year old man with 3rd stage renal failure. I mention this because we needed a reliable car to get me to my doctors and hospital appointments. I didn't receive this from Pride Hyundai. In October, we bought a 2012 Kia Soul. During the test drive with my wife and the salesman, I noticed a vibrating sound/feeling in the gas pedal when the car went over 70 mph. I mentioned it to the salesman, who heard it too. He said it could be an alignment, (or perhaps something else) and said the service dept. would take care of it. That was a promise. I didn't want to buy the car in that condition, but the salesman assured me it would be taken care of. Also the key FOB from the one key they had for the vehicle was broken (picture included), and the salesman said the car was a bank repo and he would get me the other key, ASAP. Why would I doubt him?Back at the dealership, we filled out all the paperwork and I stupidly ended up buying the car. The first thing I noticed wrong was that evening when I drove it at night. One of the headlights was out, proving that their pre sale checklist either didn't happen, or was done by someone who just didn't care..(Pride did make good on the headlight, however.)My wife made an appointment to have the gas pedal problem looked at. She dealt with Chris, the service manager, whom she said was very nice.. She explained the vibrating, noisy gas pedal problem to him, so he took it out for a test drive. When he returned, he said he couldn't find anything wrong with the car. He may as well have called my wife, myself and the salesman liars. The problem is very much there. I guess once a service manager says there is no problem with a vehicle, there is NO problem with the vehicle. He may know a great deal about engines, but he's not Jesus.I asked my wife to leave my business card with the salesman and she requested the owner call me when she had a moment. We left two numbers on the card. I don't know how many thousands you have to spend to rate a call from the owner, but apparently, it's several more than we spent. There was no call. That was a couple of weeks ago. What would make this right?Fix my car. get me a new key FOB, a second key and an apology for making us look stupid. That's certainly not too much to ask. After dealing with them, I don't expect Pride to make good on their word, but I would hope they would want a satisfied customer, instead of one who is unhappy with his vehicle It's a real downer driving a car you don't like. Buying a car should be a happy experience. We didn't get that from Pride.Should a miracle occur and things be corrected in the near future, I'll post an update. but I'm not holding my breath. I'm also exploring any legal options I may have, but I would guess there aren't too many. We're pretty much stuck.Pride has a lot of 5 star Google reviews, I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership. Maybe we just slipped through the cracks. Either way, the whole experience has left us frustrated and extremely disappointed. It's reasons such as these that people hate and mistrust car dealerships.Did we make a $10,000 mistake doing business with Pride?Absolutely!

Everyone at pride Hyundai was helpful friendly. I got the car I was looking for and They were helpful, courteous and efficient next time I am looking for a new Hyundai I’ll go right back to Pride. My son who had purchased a Hyundai from them previously recommended them and I’ll recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a Hyundai. Wow I found the Tucson I was looking for my son not find a car he was looking for initially hello found it for him called him back and he purchased it. Great service and a friendly staff.

Recently bought a used vehicle and had a great experience through the process. I did not feel pressured to purchase like other dealerships. The Salesman I believe his name was Eric was attentive and got me in the vehicle in my range. He listen to my needs and wants and I didn't over commit on a vehicle bigger than my budget.

I came in looking for a new vehicle after getting into a car accident in July. I was searching for a vehicle that would provide me with more protection after experiencing my first accident in a Hyundai Accent. I received assistance from Maggi. Maggi took the time to hear my needs and assist me in finding the best vehicle for me. She went out of her way to contact me when new vehicles arrived that aligned with my interests and ensured that my transition to my new vehicle was smooth. I’ve had my vehicle now for 3 months and I love it. I am thankful for Maggi and Ray’s assistance and would recommend this dealership for new buyers.

To say my first car buying experience was great would be a lie . I had Angel as my dealer and overall the entire experience was stressful, and not exciting as it should be . I was being pushed into buying a car I didn’t want , and when I asked for the car I really wanted and needed to get the price down , he openly showed his irritation . After buying the car , it took almost a week for them to get it inspected and registered because they told me I signed the wrong part of the title and had toCome back to resign it. They are only open 9-6 and I work until 5 so going back and forth was an inconvenience. Then when I actually got my car they couldn’t find my key, and when they did but didn’t have the spare they told me they will look for the spare and I can come back for it. Then I got a berating voicemail from my dealer stating “ I told you when you took the car home there wasn’t a spare key “ mind you , Angel wasn’t even present when I took the car home . Overall I would not go back to pride to get another car and I won’t be recommending to anyone .

10/10! My Tucson engine seized due to a recall and Chris the manager, helped me get an appointment that same day. My engine was approved and my car was fixed within 4 weeks. All the staff were very helpful and performed outstanding service. Thank you very much !

I had an absolutely great experience at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk buying a new Santa Cruz pickup truck.Knowing ahead of time the truck and trim I wanted, as well as the Hyundai options I definitely did not want, I contacted many dealers and visited some in person. The only one that got back to me proactively, sending me the window sticker of the truck I was looking for was super-salesman Adam Petricone at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk.By that time I had changed my mind on the color but they had one on the lot that matched exactly. Adam gave me a very fair price from the start and even offered a trade-in value close to Kelley Blue Book for my car, although by then I had already sold it separately. It was a real pleasure to settle this quickly with Adam, the best (and only good) car buying experience I've ever had.Even after buying, I had selected the trailer hitch option but the wiring harness never came in. I now know this is because Hyundai recalled it and there seems to be no fix yet, so Pride refunded my money promptly and I had a Curt trailer hitch and harness installed separately (Pride probably cannot install third-party products).I live 60 miles away from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk and contacted many, much more convenient dealers, before making my expedition to Pride Hyundai Seekonk. That says a lot about the great sales experience I had. It's convinced me to have my car serviced there when the time comes, hoping the service side matches the standards set by sales at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. What's a 60 mile drive in a great truck? Thanks to the absolutely top-notch salesman Adam Petricone! My first Hyundai and my first pickup truck.

Just purchased a vehicle. The sales man took me on a 5 minute test ride and implied this is how he does all his test drives. Thought I made a correct decision, took vehicle from lot vehicle started and still is shaking. Acted like they did me a favor by putting "new tires" on with no new tire tags. Also been back repeated amounts of times with no paper workI can see the flashing in the paint work from a possible undocumented vehicle accident along with a bent rim. I keep asking questions and getting no answers. The shaking is bad enough to where I feel uncomfortable putting my children in the vehicle. Anyhow I personally had nothing but a absolute terrible experience!!!

Was very disappointed after buying my vehicle there in 2020.. my engine seized they did nothing to help me..they wanted to sell me a vehicle that was a 2011 with very high mileage on it for $13,000 with a $2000.00 deposit down and a cosigner.. I went in to clean out my car and get my plates for my new vehicle that I purchased at Doran's Auto Center in Pawtucket..Jeff was very Wonderful and did everything he could to get me into a new vehicle great customer service from him and Ken from Blackstone Financing in Pawtucket who told me to go to Dorans they both got me into a new car...Both of these Men are Great People.. I was then told after I said I did not purchase another vehicle at Pride Hyundai very rudely by the Service Department employee that I needed to get my car out of there!!!! My vehicle was used as a trade-in for my new vehicle that I purchased.. I have owned Hyundai's for the last past 15 years I would never go back to Pride Hyundai in Seekonk for a vehicle ever!! Ken from my Finance Company told we take care of our customers they are like family...thank you so much Ken...Superb Customer Service.. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this man.. if it wasn't for him and Jeff I would have no vehicle..

Horrible location for service. Been going to them for over 6 years for service but recently they fell off. Dropped brand new car off for check engine light. They were able to diagnose the issue via the code but can’t fix it because the check engine light shut off. Had my car for 3 days and I pick it up, inspect the vehicle and there’s a nail in sidewall of the tire. Now I’m playing the blame game on who’s responsibility it is.will never do business here again.

My car recently popped a check engine light with the code for the knock sensor. I called the Hyundai dealership I bought the car from and was told they couldn't look at it until 9/25! I called Chris at Pride Hyundai who from the first call was extremely pleasant and helpful. He had my car in for an appointment less than a week later. It took a few days for approval from Hyundai corporate but my engine was replaced in an extremely fast time frame from approval.Aaron, James, and Chris were all extremely helpful and reached out anytime I had called to check on the status. People need to realize this is a nationwide issue with these motors and not take it out on the dealerships who are actually willing to help people out. Much appreciated service from Pride Hyundai!

I had a great experience with the service department. They went above and beyond to meet all of my needs and they fixed my car in a timely manner. Aaron in the service department is awesome and he really goes above and beyond.

I dont normally leave reviews but my experiance here as been completely unacceptable. My car has been here since the beginning of May, it was promised to be worked on by June 1st but it's still has not been worked on 2 months later and i have no repair and no loaner. Ive spent over $2,500 on a rental already out of pocket. Not to mention they misdiagnosed it the first time. They said it just needed plugs and valve cover gasket in late may. I payed a mobile mechanic to do the plugs bc they were taking so long. Then they said it needs a new engine after my mechanic replaced what they said had no affect. Money draining out of my pockets while waiting for an honest/any response and I still don't have one. I will keep this review updated frequently
