Firestone screwed me and had me buy tires they were supposed install then when I showed up they said they couldn't install my tires and offered 0 help in rectifying the situation. My mother in law lives across the street fron this shop and loves them so I went there. They told me it was no problem to get my tires on. They booked me an appointment for the next business day, got my tires on and couldn't have been more friendly through the whole process. Phil listened to my issue and would have gotten my truck done same day if they didn't have staff on vacation. Huge help and I know where my vehicles are going next time!

Had trouble getting my tires balanced at a different shop. Got the road force balance done here and they are riding sweet! Would recommend!

Made an appointment for 4 tire replacements plus the spring car care package for 50 bucks. Staff was friendly and helpful with setting up my appointment and being informational about everything. Even replaced my brake pads for free but for 1600 dollars thats a bit much. Especially when they charged 950 for the parts and 651 for 3 hours of labour. Yikes.

Went in to get an oil/filter/lube and it was affordable & professional! They went above and beyond and while I waited because their were a lot of people in that day I walked to EATS restaurant and was surprised that they finished while I was across the street waiting for my food order! And EATS if you’ve been doesn’t make you wait long!

Horrible experience. If you take you car for an inspection, they will ask you to change one or two tires and spend extra money even if the tires are in good shape.

They most know some lowlife people who gave at least one of the mechanic info about me because when he saw me he started ( whisper with another person) to text his criminal friend saying I'm there . Soon after that a person driving a Chevy showed up (same person that showed up the last time I was there) looked around made a call then left

Horrible experience! Called yesterday to inquire about price for convenience oil change for my minivan with a $24.99 coupon. Was quoted $32 including all fees and taxes after verifying make and model of the car. When my wife took the car this morning the guy quoted $36. When my wife asked why the difference in price the guy got very rude and misbehaving. His argument was why was she 10 minutes late for the appointment. Good luck with this place guys. I wouldn’t recommend it.
