Bought a great 2009 Yamaha a number of years ago. Never did anything to it other than water the batteries. I had my first major effort after my wife took the charger off the wall, and things got messy. Here's my story of great service from "the boys on the back room". Nearly 10 days troubleshooting, buying cables, charger, and four new (HEAVY!!) batteries, and our electric cart has new lease on life! Props to New England Golf Carts for delivering batteries to the dock! I went over on the 8:30 with the old ones, 15-20 minutes taking them off and onto the NE Golf truck, loading the new ones back onto the 9:45 back, and reassembly. Thank goodness for the boat's Gorilla wagon! ~400+ pounds over 4 batteries, and VERY effective!Let summer begin!

A \\\"trial\\\" golf cart use from a neighbor.....and we bought two.....one for my needs and a utility one for my husband (Bill ).....They have made our almost 6. acres smaller...and going to our pond...to the top of the field....well....they are wonderful and make our trek so quick and FUN ! We use them to show new customers our Canine Academy ( boarding and training facility) and the grounds !\\nPlus....New England Golf Carts is wonderful and so pleasant to deal with ! A real joy from the get-go ! They'll change your life for the better!

A "trial" golf cart use from a neighbor.....and we bought two.....one for my needs and a utility one for my husband (Bill ).....They have made our almost 6. acres smaller...and going to our pond...to the top of the field....well....they are wonderful and make our trek so quick and FUN ! What an awesome experience! Picked up our new to us golf cart today. Mark did a phenomenal job of explaining everything to us and helping us with some of the extras we needed. It was serviced, rear tires replaced and sparking upon pick up. We had been looking for weeks on selling sites and Facebook, but no luck as to what we wanted. Everything was much older and more expensive. They exceeded our expectations! If you need a cart, this is the place to get it from. The 2.5 hour drive there was well woth it.

Purchased a golf cart 8 weeks ago and the salesman said it would be delivered in 2 weeks.Once my credit card was run it was now a 4-6 week delivery.After 6 weeks I called again and the salesman said it would be delayed 2 more weeks. I was like ok....but seriously what is going on.During this entire time I was the person reaching out...no communication coming proactively. No phone calls apologizing proactively that it was delayed. If I didn’t call there would have been ZERO reach out.Yesterday was week 8 and again I contacted the salesman who sent me an email at 907am saying he would have the shipping date in an hour.By 300 I still had not heard back and was told that I would have the date that night.Here it the following day, no shipping date and I told them this felt like a bait and switch from day one.I requested a credit and was told I would get one and asked them to email the receipt....only took 2 calls to get it.Would never recommend this company as they over promised, under deliver and don’t communicate.I have multiple emails backing up this terrible experience.
