Currently here and to start the person making food is incredibly rude. Hes acting as if our order ruined his whole night when he is just sitting on his phone texting. Then the fryer went down but they can't refund us for the food apparently? Unhappy with how we are being treated and lack of remedy to this situation.

Driving home from a long day at work decided to stop in and grab myself something to eat. Only to find both kiosk out of order (with with a taped sign, the other with a screen requesting an access code.) Resigned myself to grabbing one of the pre made sandwiches only to find out the quality of these has severe dropped as well. No longer made in store fresh? Pre packed, small portion substitutes?
The associate in there saw me walk back and forth between terminals but would rather listen to her airpod then ask if I needed help. Very disappointed in what this location has become.

This place never has iced coffee made, completely ridiculous, it used to be a lot better but they can't seem to keep employees long enough for them to be consistent

Every morning I go to neon, and there is more and more bums at the Providence location. It is disgusting. Someone needs to do something about it. Nobody wants to go there no more because they are laying on the ground laying on the tables steal the electric plug in the cord right in the outlet someone needs to do something it’s bad

In all their locations they already charge to put air in the tires, that was a plus that they no longer have... INCREDIBLE!!!And they don't have windshield washer fluid either, the containers are completely dry.Now I have to put gas in other places, it's no longer convenient to come!

This review is more of a reflection of Neon Marketplace as a whole. What kind of business just takes an app offline without replacing it with something better? I don't get gas there anymore as I need to go inside to pay and of I paid too much to fill my tank I need to go back inside to get my change. Either not filling up my tank to full or having to go back inside for change isn't worth the hassle. Cumberland farms is just as competitive if not more.

Girl ringing at register on Wed December 27 2023 at 730pm was unbelievably rude. Taking bites of whatever she was eating while ringing us up. To top it off, we gave her the cash and she kept the change! Granted it was just a few cents but to just assume that it's yours to keep is absolutely absurd!!! Disgusting customer service on her part! They must be desperate for help to allow this behavior to happen!!!
