The best! Reached out via text (love this feature) on Friday 7/14 for a quote, but they were closed and promptly texted back on Monday 7/17. Squirrel brain had me side tracked and forgot to respond. They reached back out via text the next day (thankfully) to see if I had any other questions, and I decided to move forward with them by Thursday, but due to scheduling, I wasn’t able to respond asap and they were closed. They reached back out to me this morning with their Christmas in July special and to figure out the best day (was hoping for a Saturday since I had to work), but they’re closed. They offered to get someone to me today if they were available and by 12pm today, my remote start was already completed while I worked on clients - no issues whatsoever, awesome communication with my tech Craig - he made sure I wasn’t interrupted while working which I super appreciated. They were the first company I reached out to and I’m so glad I did. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The friendliness, attentiveness, communication, pricing and service in general was nothing short of phenomenal. Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you to everyone involved for making this such a seamless and insanely fast experience.

Recently purchased a new audio system for my daughter's '07 VW Beetle. Thought I might be able to tackle the job myself, until I removed the factory deck out of the dash and realized it wasn't going to be a quick plug n' play. Humbling. Called Chris at Factory Car Pro, made an appointment, and my girl is now rollin' with an awesome new sound system complete with Apple Car Play and a back-up camera. Chris was great to work with .. great communication .. reasonable market rates and estimate on how long it would take .. and he was right on the money! Some "estimates" you get come in short, and then when you show up at the end your final bill is a surprise (and not for the better). Not at Mobile Car Pro ... what he quoted me was what I paid. Thanks Mobile Car Pro ... I'll be back when I have future needs.

I've been coming to Mobile Car Pro for a while via recommendation of my father. Bought a new car and came to this place and had it done for me in one day! But this was back in 2016. Since then, this place has gotten a lot of traffic so they may be booked solid. Jason went over my options for my car and spoke to me in a manor that allowed me to comprehend everything that would be done which is nice because I love computers but I'm lost when it comes to car talk. Brought me over to the person doing the installation, Dave, and he assured me everything will be fine and done correctly! Got the car back and I'm so stoked to have an auto start for my car in New England weather!

Had them program a new remote for my remote start system. I didn't have this working for 10+ years. I am ecstatic to finally have this feature again! Shout out to Justice W. in the customer service department for being super personable, extremely quick with responses, and overall helpful. Highly recommend considering this business for all vehicle upgrades!
