“Aldo's House of Formals is a great place to get a custom suit. I went to Aldo for my wedding suit, and the experience was great. Aldo talked me through the process of picking out fabrics, buttons, and even created a custom shirt to go along with the suit. After making my choices, Aldo had me in for various fittings to make sure the suit fit perfectly. The suit exceeded my expectations. 5 out of 5 Stars!”

Not only did they recommend a jacket that is typically only available online, they then went in the back to see if they had a return of this exact jacket… which they did! “The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. It's Christmas today and my daughter LOVED the purchases I made there. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”
