I called to make an appointment for my tire to be inspected due to it leaking air and they said to walk in any time. They are very accommodating and helpful!

They took their time at looking at our vehicle. We dropped off our car in the morning and hadn’t heard anything before the time they closed so we had called. They said that we needed to replace both tie rods and they could get it done and would call us in the morning with an estimate. The next morning we go there and said that they needed more time to look at it and would call us. Later on they called and said the alignment machine was broken and they were understaffed and would need a few more days to do the work. They never called me to tell what was going on with the vehicle and when we went to a different shop to get another opinion, we found out we didn’t need to get the tie rods replaced at all. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Great customer service. Helped us out with (2) punctured tires last minute on a Sunday so we didn't have to miss work or risk driving with low tire pressure. Thank you!!

I came into Melvin's on a whim as I was on my way out of town with my kids and had a nail in my tire from earlier in the morning. The people working in the office were very kind and got me in quickly. Because there were a few cars ahead of me, I ended up waiting about an hour for a patch while my kids were running around like crazy inside. The staff updated me while I waited and when I went to checkout, to my surprise, the service was comped-- I couldn't believe it! I was so so grateful to Melvin's on such a frantic day, and would recommend them through and through.
