on 7/1/2024 I ordered an Egg Chair Wicker Hanging w/Blue Cushioned seat for my wife's birthday. I placed the order on the Lowe's site. Unnoticed by me it kicked me out of my store in north Attleboro and kicked me over to the store in Seekonk which is much further for me to travel from Cumberland. I said oh well and I will just go pick it up there no worries. Went to pick up on 7/10 when I was able to. Went on the app to let them know I was coming and then once I got there I went back on the app and let them know I was there and what spot I was in for curbside delivery. As I am in hurry to get back on the road and continue my day. After a few minutes guy comes out with 3 boxes and a rather larger box. Now... I want to mention I also bought 3 small tables for my patio. So I look at the larger box and ask is that the only box for the Chair...he says YES! I said ok and continue. Thinking to myself...I am like how the hell did they fit that in there. Wasn't even thinking about the cushions. I get home late so I just keep the boxes in my car. Next morning I get up and go to work and get home to now take the boxes out and assemble the chair while my wife is not home so I can surprise her for her birthday. Open the box and all there was pieces of the pipe for the stand. No Wicker not cushion nothing else. I call the store to find out about the other parts. Automated call answering of course.. I finally get customer service rep and they put me on hold and come back on. I can here them talking to another person then click. They hang up. Call back...they hang up. Call back they hang up. I finally call back again and ask for store manager. She (think her name was Tinny) comes on and looks into it. She says, yeah someone just told me about this and the person that did the curbside delivery yesterday was new and didn't give you all the boxes. Duhhh, yeah I can see that. We will have it here at pick up for you. I said I will be right down. 40 minutes later and/or 14 miles. Not that close!! all together 80 minutes of my day, Gas and Mileage etc. I get there and go in and see the rep at "in store pickup" they said its right there and the manger gave you $47.40 off for your inconvenience. Really $47 that's all?? I just spend almost 3 hours to pick up your product in which I spent $474.00 on and terrible customer service. She didn't even care. Karma. Lowe's sucks!! Customer service is absolutely terrible. Terrible manager. It's all about that Lowe's screwed up and Lowe's should reasonably take care of the client. Which I feel they did not!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Tammy and Patrick are by far the most unprofessional and unreasonable people I have ever met. Came in to pick up a curbside order for something over $400 and my husband was driving. Hence I did not have an ID on me but had the email, the reciept, and the bank statement to prove that it was something I purchased. Patrick refused to give me my items and took them back inside. My husband and I had to follow them inside. When we get inside Tammy with her bad attitude tells him that he can give me the stuff only after I threatened to return all of it. He typed in my phone number and then gave me my order. Why didn’t he just let me give him my phone number outside? This isn’t the secret service smh. How stupid and unprofessional.

We were buying a Gazebo at the Cranston RI location for $161. When they said they were out of stock they (Lori) called Seekonk MA to have them put the same Gazebo on hold for us to pick up same day. After driving all the way to Seekonk MA, we were priced $689. We told them we were under the impression it would be the same price as it was at the Cranston RI location. We spoke to management (Lenny), who rudely walked up and immediately yelled "NO!" Before hearing what we needed, which was simply a price match. After they were rude with aggressive threatening, and yelling racist slurs at my Nigerian husband... we decided to call corporate. They (Latonya) was also unwilling to price match, and very unhelpful. They said the only price matches they do are with OTHER companies, but not within their own. So we are very distraught and traumatized by this experience. All we wanted was a price match from one Lowes location to the other.

Fairly close handicapped parking, automatic entrances and exits. Friendly and helpful staff of varying ages. Innumerable things to look at and beautiful gardening area with plenty of choices of plants. On the opposite end of the store is the lumber area with its own pick up area. Everything in between the 2 ends of store with one whole aisle full of cleaning and sanitizing products. Large open restroom at front of store. They even have some great t-shirts ! Appliances, carpeting, tools, lights, lawn mowers, lots of paints and colors to choose from, magazines.... have a good time!

Tried to return something past 90 days at another Lowe's location. They would not take it back. It was a gazebo unopened. So I called seekonk Massachusetts Lowe's and spoke to assistant manager Vick.
I started to explain the situation and he said mam you don't need to tell me the story we will gladly take it back.
He told me what days he was there and we went on that day to return it. The associate at the desk Terry was very polite and helpful as well. When she saw that I was using my Lowe's rewards card she told me I had 365 days to return it as a Lowe's rewards member. Terry said I should not have been denied the return at the other store. She said they get a lot of returns from the two nearby Lowe's for the same reasons. I will go out of my way to the seekonk Massachusetts store thanks to Vick and Terry.

Try calling there first a 8 × 12 an outdoor shed price. Get a total run around.
