He also offered very helpful suggestions, which I had no idea about with my new phone and went over and above to assist me with some settings issues I had and helped me connect my phone to my car during both visits. “I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location this weekend, after a contrasting terrible experience the the TMobile across the way. They had great deals, excellent plans/comparative value, and a good selection of phones and accessories to choose from.Thanks to Victoria's helpful demeanor, willingness to trouble shoot, and extensive phone knowledge, my husband and I were able to switch to Verizon from TMobile, get new phones, and keep a relatively similar bill price. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and value we received. Will never return to TMobile!”

“I had a problem where my wifi would intermittently cut for a minute or so and then would come back on... I called for service and was surprised that I was able to talk to a human operator immediately with out going through a long menu of phone options,. The service technician came when scheduled and was very courteous and professional... as it turned about a week later out the problem continued to happen and I called. They sent out the service tech..he was apologetic that it was not fixed the first time and and he replaced every component from the wire from the pole to the modem and wifi booster pods...The problem is now fixed and the speed is very fast. I would never have gotten this service from Cox and I am happy that my monthly rate is set for 3 yrs.”

“I was stuck for 2 hours on 195 East with a flat tire. The tow truck driver dropped me here because it was the closest off the highway. These guys were so nice!! Courteous, professional and fast!! I got a new tire, very reasonably priced, and I was out in 30 minutes!! Thank you Kelvin and Robert for the super service!! Definitely less expensive than the Toyota dealer I bought my other tires at. I will be coming here again..hopefully driving myself.”

“I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer since my first cellphone many many years ago. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers every Tuesday--just for being a T-Mobile customer. This program launched in 2016. Recently the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. This T-Mobile store located on Level 3, near Boscov's, always has the free items in stock and I never had any trouble redeeming it. At times, you may have to wait for a staff member to assist you but the staff are always friendly. Download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already.”

“Went in Thursday November 30th with my iPhone that I can only described as being possessed. Siri was talking like she was a layer In an ad for a used car dealer and I could not use my touchscreen. Was greeted at the door by Jesse and another gentleman and they were able to get me back into my phone extremely fast. Awesome guys all around thanks again Jesse!”

“Im going Yelp on this......after having terrible experiences at the Noth Smithfield store I took a gamble on trying to get help at the North Attleboro location. Glad I did. Was trying to get tech help on the Verizon 800 number switching phones...Matt was a savior, very decent and helpful. Matt from the North Attleboro store was clutch helping my issue, and I tried to find a corporate phone number to Verizon to send praise but could not so I'm Yelping to let you know this was my most positive customer service experience with Verizon going on 15 years as a customer and I wish there was a way to report POSITIVE feedback.
