I won't use this person's name because she was nice but was unqualified for the job. They screwed up so bad that I had to visit them 3 times. Because I owned mutual funds it threw them into a tailspin. They wanted $400 for their services to which I refused to pay. They waived part of the fees and I wound up paying $225. When I submitted the return, there was a computer error and it took hours to rectify. I only went there because my regular accountant had Covid. I was so stressed out..horrible experience
