“Left in my drafts from October! "I just left Lowe's and I had the best experience. I was looking to design a standing game board for Halloween Trick or Treating. Based only on a picture from last years model, a customer service rep in hardware dept was able to recommend all of the pieces I would need to build my vision. He even told me he used to be a halloween decor builder and creator! He took his time considering all of the elements, and even built the back bone of it for me. I was so amazed at the time and care that I received and enjoyed learning more about hardware. I am a middle school teacher and this man even donated a new set of drill bits to my school for future projects. I was unsure about walking in without a plan but I was helped so generously, thank you!"”

“We went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”

“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. I was able to find here so many things that really helped and made things easier. Here is a tip: Buckets. You may never really need them, but when you will, they will be worth all the time you spent with them just sitting waiting for the day they will be needed. Next stop: Costso. lol.”
