Herb chambers of Honda seekonk is the best honda dealership in the area. Their customer service is great and the all of the salesman are knowledgable. Our experiences for the last five years have been wonderful. I am on my third vehicle and SAUL our salesperson has been very helpful and professional with helping us get into our new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a honda.

??I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and was offered all of the warranties. I bought them except for the lost key protection and was told I had five days to return the vehicle. No questions asked. Come to find out, when they handed me the key to get in the car and drive away, there was only one. This didn’t sit well with me, and I asked the salesperson Jim to order another one, to which you replied, “It’s an active Congress,” you have to call BMW and do it yourself.
When I got home, I contacted the dealership and asked if I could add the lost key protection that I declined because there was only one key, and it took days to get an answer back.
Then they told me I had to purchase another key to add the lost key protection (that they were willing to sell me initially, which you must have 2 keys to sell someone that protection).
All of this sat uneasily with me, so I decided to initiate a return of the vehicle on what a reasonable person would consider day 5. This is when they told me. Sorry, you’re on day six (when I haven’t even had the car for a full five days yet because they count the minute you purchased the car as day one). So, if you drive off the lot at 8 PM that counts as day 1. I wouldn’t buy a car here. They don’t explain things well, and small key details seem to be hidden; once they have your money, the service after the sale is bad.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My experience today was extremely disappointing. I visited with the intention of trading in my vehicle and upgrading to a used Jeep Renegade Trailhawk edition. After receiving a letter from Stateline Nissan offering up to $7,000 for my trade-in, an additional $7,500 on select vehicles, and covering my first payment, I reached out to Herb Chambers since they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. Unfortunately, this decision turned out to be a mistake. ( To be clear I was not expecting anywhere near $7000 for my vehicle just the fair KBB price)
The Jeep Renegade Trailhawk they presented was in poor condition. It had significant issues, including a malfunctioning airbag sensor, a faulty seat belt sensor (the seat belt clicked in, but the car didn’t register it), and a broken automatic start-stop sensor. Given that I had expressed my interest a week ago, I would have expected the dealership to either notify me of these issues beforehand or have them addressed before inviting me to view the vehicle. At the very least, they could have been transparent about the vehicle's condition, before I cam in.
The sales representative, Ara, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. His approach was dismissive and condescending. He worked under the assumption that the sale was already finalized during the test drive, before doing any fiance options or informing of what my trade in would be was both presumptuous and frustrating. He showed little interest in understanding my needs, frequently interrupted me, and when I declined their inadequate offer of $400 for my trade-in (KBB suggests $1000 - $2000) he responded with, "What were you expecting when you came in today?" as if I should have anticipated their low ball offer.
I explained that I owned my vehicle outright and that it did not make financial sense to commit to nearly $500 a month for the next 5-7 years. I was looking for a payment closer to $350 and expected a fair trade-in value of at least $1,000-$2,000. However, Ara repeatedly dismissed my concerns, insisting that these factors wouldn’t significantly impact the financing terms, and at not time suggested they would be able to come down on the price of the vehicle.
In summary, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience. I will not be purchasing from this dealership, and I strongly recommend that others avoid doing so as well. If you value professionalism and transparency, look elsewhere.

Purchased a new 2025 CRV at this location with the help of Jim. The best experience i’ve had at a dealership. Wish I had purchased previous cars through them. Lesson learned. We will only be buying cars from this location from now. Thank you so much Jim and everyone else who helped! 10/10
