She encourages you to go out of your comfort zone to try different foods. She can answer any questions you have. If you feel like you have plateaued and can’t move the needle on the scale, she will counsel you on what you can do to get unstuck. She cares about her customers, she knows everyone by name. “I've literally driven by this grocery store for a decade and kick myself for not stopping in sooner. The store may look small from the outside but its quite spacious once you are inside. Each aisle is very organized, well stocked and clearly priced. They also have a self service spice section that is much easier to use than the setups that you might see at Whole Foods. The prices are beyond reasonable and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this grocery store to others.”

“Decided to stop by after the gym the other day and have gone back 2 more times after that and will be making it a part of my regular routine. I love both the Almond Joy & Mounds shakes, if you like chocolate and coconut get this! The tea is refreshing & you can have collagen added to it, I do wish it was less sweetened. I end up diluting with bottled water.
