Garbage. Automated system is trash and doesn’t let you speak to anyone. It does everything but direct you to a rep. 0-10 rating

After waiting 6 days past the original delivery date... My package is still pending. I finally called & made a claim. How do you lose a package when everything that comes through has to be scanned. I needed the item for a very important event that has come & past. There's a way to go back & track it. Now I have a claim & I'm very skeptical about ordering again because the company I ordered from goes through FedEx. Extremely FRUSTRATING situation.

Horrible.. specifically dispatch center denying that one of their trucks hit me even though clearly they came out to see a video of the incident. Ridiculous.

fed ex is a joke!!! horrible service. cant even call the seekonk facility to file a complaint! have to talk to someone in the phillipenes..speak broken english..all the customer reps care about is there rating after they get off the phone with you..blow smoke up your rear end instaed..fed ex should just give up...every single time i have a package delivered from them.....it turns out to be a hassle...its either damaged...........or its misdelivered.. i no longer going to use ANYONE who ships with fed ex...i will pay extra if i have to to use a diffrent carrier..at least you can call there distrubution center and file a complaint.....since covid there service absolutly is horrible..........

My driver not only didn’t stop to attempt the delivery he didn’t even stop at the stop sign adjacent to my home. He then put in the shipment notes that he attempted to deliver but no one was home. Not only was I home, I was outside waiting for him to arrive. I called out for him to stop and he kept driving. I will never use fed ex ever again.

Loses packages can’t tell you where they are or what happened. Delivery never on time always late. Will never ship with fedex and wish others would stop shipping with them

I ordered something decently expensive. For some reason, didn’t require a signature. However, from the rest of the reviews I’m seeing here it doesn’t really make much of a difference. This is my first time having anything delivered through FedEx and they said it was delivered to my back door with picture proof but every package I get goes either to my front door or in my mailbox, package looked small enough from pic to fit in my mailbox, because my back door is in a fenced in backyard, that is locked. Either way, picture looks nothing like my front door or back door area. When I report to FedEx they do nothing, won’t even let me speak to a representative of any kind just tells me my case is closed when all they did was tell me it was delivered after three whole days of, “research.” Now I have to wait 2-5 more days for shipper to respond and go from there in lost package procedure.

my package says delivered but i never got it. says it needed a direct signature and then it changed and says it doesn’t anymore? what kind of business is being run here? the address is clearly on the package and why did they change the fact it needed a signature? unacceptable

Claimed to have delivered the package, we couldn't find it, they claimed to have redelivered again couple days later, still no package. Now latest twist is some mystery person named "Chit" who told them on my behalf that we have found the packages... FedEx Ground is most unprofessional business we are forced to deal with on regular basis.EDIT:Wish there was a leave lees than 1 star, AVOID FedEx at all cost. Despite my requests for UPS my supplier sent something via FedEx ground. After delivering to the same address for the past 12 years they decided that it's an "undeliverable" address and refused to re-deliver the next day. 2 days later I was finally able to have the package dropped off at a Walgreens location, which another took 2 days, I could have walked to Seekonk to Providence in less time

Tracking said my package that required a signature was due to arrive between 9:50-1:50. I moved a 10am appt I had so that I would be home to sign. I waited all day and saw the truck drive by at 2:10 and they had never rang my bell or knocked on the door, but updated tracking to say delivery attempted and that nobody was home when I had been waiting all day at home for them. If a driver is too lazy to do their job that they are paid to do then they should be fired. Wasted my day and inconvenienced the customer. They say they’ll be back tomorrow, so now I have to spend ANOTHER day waiting around and hopefully they’ll ACTUALLY attempt delivery instead of lying on their computer system due to laziness. Completely unacceptable
