Worst company I have ever used for freight. Lack of communication, no professionalism, they hang up on you or put you on hold because they dont want to hear you ramble. They have no internal communication. False promises made and do not even come close to what is on their mission statement. Will never use again.

They sent ample notice of delivery time on a shipment. Then did not show or call for two days. Also unavailable for answering a call after 5:00. Negligence beyond explanation.

My fiance and I basically got run off the road by a speeding truck driver last night. The driver was speeding in the low speed lane while we were merging onto the highway, and we were forced to pull over onto the side of the highway. We tried to call about this but we couldn't get ahold of anyone.

Don’t follow appointment times never get a phone call or text the night before. They are absolutely terrible. Left my items in the driveway and took off. Never again.

I missed my first delivery. The company was very accommodating in rescheduling the delivery. Delivery was on time. Delivery person was very nice and helpful.

Be careful and prepare yourselves to adventures when you picking-up or dropping off at this facility. One of the worst experience that we had with yards.

In general their policy of dropping the package essentially just outside of the truck makes them almost useless compared to mainstream shipping companies. They won’t even bring a pallet just inside a garage, leaving a homeowner to deal with it alone. Same issue with commercial delivery, they would not bring the packages to the top of the handicap ramp so we could attempt to get them into the lobby. I’ve had a warehouse tell me to inspect all items before accepting shipment, and the Estes driver tell me that I had to sign for the items before inspecting them, so they won’t take any ownership of potential damage en route.

Tony Sousa went above and beyond the call of duty delivering my crate engine. Very helpful, courteous, and accommodating, by calling me ahead of time to make sure I was home to accept the delivery. First time customer, and treated well. Thank You!

Late shipment (by 2 weeks). Did not send 4 hour window the day prior although they said they would. Did not contact us 1/2 hour prior to delivery although they said they would. 24 hours after we received delivery, their website showed that the item is still not delivered.

We have been expecting delivery of two identical items purchased from Home Depot. Home Depot got notification of successful delivery two weeks ago today, but nothing actually arrived. Since then it has been back-and-forth stories from Estes that one item was missing, then it was there and ready for delivery, and then it was missing again. When we pressed them on the phone this morning, they "found the missing item" in the warehouse under a different order number. With the job now 2 weeks behind, they were unwilling to work around our schedule to deliver tomorrow--if indeed they even intend to deliver tomorrow. Who knows? We can't trust anything they tell us.Whenever we've called, they've had us on hold for quite a while, and their recorded hold propaganda goes on and on about how they "go the extra mile" to keep customers satisfied. Bottom line: they are a delivery company with only ONE job, and they're can't seem to do it.My advice is to do whatever necessary to pick up Home Depot purchases yourself, and stay well away from Estes.

as a general contractor, I use Home Depot for many projects. Most times I avoid the issues of delivery so I will pick up most material myself. Over the last 6 months, there have been a few times I could not pick up items due to size. During those few instances 6 out of 10 times the order was lost or not delivered on time. Every single time that happened, it was ESTES EXPRESS' FAULT. They seem to lose everything or have something in transit for 10 days at a time. MIND YOU THEYRE 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS. And after dealing with the woman at the front desk numerous times, I cant imagine how theyre in business anymore. 0 stars would be overrating this companies ability to function. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE DEADLINES OR CUSTOMERS RELYING ON DELIVERY, OF ANYTHING. I am sick of the covid related excuses, I dont hear that or see these type of delays from other couriers. Get your company together.
