Dr Truesdale is a great vet except for zero after care help. Unfortunately everyone at the front counter, with the exception of Kevin, is extremely rude and very, very slow. They all have terrible attitudes. Dr. Truesdale should run off with Kevin snd start anew

I have been taking my cat and dog here for about 7 years, and decided to finally make the switch. First of all, every time we go, even with an appointment, we sit and wait for AT LEAST 40 minutes to get called in. Secondly, he girls at the front always seem to have some sort of an attitude, so that makes the visit even more stressful. What made us finally switch, however, is when we dropped. our cat off for boarding on the same day we were leaving the country for vacation- they called us to let us know that they can't watch our cat- he is hissing and lunging at them every time they go in to feed him. I had to take him to another boarding place 5 hours before our flight left! I don't understand how a vet's office cannot board a cat. Just fill up the food and water and leave and occasionally scoop out the litter box. In either case, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This is the only place I feel comfortable bringing my dogs to. It's just under an hour drive and I've made that drive dozens of times already. Dr. Truesdale is an awesome veternarian and he's made our family very comfortable.

Going to doctor truesdale for a number of years now and always had wonderful experience with customer service unfortunately the last time I was there will be the last time I was there cuz we had to put my dog down but even then they were very understanding and caring

The doctor is not the problem here it is the nurses for which worked for him. They feel they are entitled to over ride what the doctor stated to them; not even ask the doctor of what was stated was true or to confirm. they set price as to how they feel they can rob you. they have no price online, not posted anywhere in the offices while you’re waiting. If you try to correct them or get a quote before hand; they always try to find a reason to up charge you come the day of the appointment! Absolute thieves!!!!!!!!

First off, Dr. Truesdale is absolutely amazing. He loves what he does. Very knowledgeable. Our boxer, as he put it, "is allergic to planet earth" and has really helped us figure it out a care plan compared to the vet we went to previously. Took a star off and would take even more off (but don't want to do that to Truesdale himself) is the front office staff. In this day of online reviews and customer service, it's shocking how rude and unhelpful they are. It's unfortunate that Truesdale, as kind as he is, doesn't realize how abysmal the receptionists are.

Doc Truesdale is a wealth of knowledge and cares about his patients. He is not a quick jump to meds either. He tries other solutions first. Just a nice manKaren is an amazing, caring assistant. She genuinely cares about your pet and family and is so comforting on those life decisions.Heather is very friendly on the phone and in person.Brianna & Mikaela are very knowledgeable and sympathetic to patients needs.

I was a new to this practice and drove 45mins to get there. I understand that you run behind I am in a similar business. My appointment was for 4:00 and 5:15 I was still in the waiting room mind you about five other dogs went in and out. I went to the front to ask how much longer and the response I get was we are just waiting for doctor to finish her chart. I said I didnt even see the doctor yet! She had no clue and said sorry it is the end of the day we get backed up! My english bulldog already was nervous and to make her wait that long and still have three dogs ahead of you is a little ridiculous. Maybe they shouldn't over book and squeeze people in. A good way to loose a lot of business. Also they called three times to confirm to make sure I was going.They never even came out to say sorry we are running late do you want to reschedule. Not a professional response sorry end of the day we backed up so wait two hours for your appointment. I will never recommend this place and will be sure to pass along.

Dr. Truesdale is an excellent veterinarian. He is compassionate with the dogs, cats, and various pets that he cares for. He also treats the pet owner(s) with dignity and respect. This also holds true with his staff of professionals. Highly recommend Dr. Truesdale - Central Avenue Veterinary Clinic. A +!!!!
