I wish I could give 0 stars. Mr Trusedale if you read your own reviews still waiting for the call back on my dogs that were under your care for years. We had an emergency that we needed to speak with you about. I know when I brought him there to see you without an appointment t was told you are only one man and that if they saw every emergency they would never get out on time. Well I guess a return call is also to much time as well if they even bothered to give you the messages I have been leaving. So what I would like for you to do is stop having them text me and tell me it's time to bring them in for a checkup. Or is that to hard as well.

Dr Truesdale did an amazing job on my dogs ears cropping them. He’s very skilled and we had no options to find a good vet locally. It’s a shame because not many vets do it. I’ve owned American bullies for along time and it’s part of their look he’s so sweet and kind.

Vet is good but all front staff are terrible. Called to ask a question and the phone got passed around to multiple people and still have yet to get a question answered. Asked to speak with the vet himself like I have before but they seem too entitled and refused. These people rather talk amongst each other than give good quality services. I was hung up on which is also unprofessional. After attending this vet for 25 years I will take my 5 dogs elsewhere since the front staff is incompetent.

I have been a client of Dr Truesdale for a short time the staff and the doctor are truly amazing one of the best facilities I have ever been to. For such a busy place he has spent so much time with me answering every question and every detail. Extremely friendly and very professional I am so thrilled to be a new client of such an awesome facility.

My dog had been in to see Dr trusdale several times over the last few years each time because we noticed she was not acting herself and she seemed just not well, each time we brought her in we were disregarded and told politely that she was fine, that she was just old, and that this is what to expect, fine. Great I can accept that my dog is old. My dog passed away due to a tumor on her spleen causing it to hemorrhage, after being in to see Dr trusdale several times this year. One of which was for an operation to remove growths That had been ailing her. To miss something so blatant that another animal hospital was able to pick up almost immediately by the sight of her gums will forever disgust me. Dr trusdale truly lost a family of clients due to his disregard. If you use him as your regular vet I recommend second opinions.

Showed surprising callous disregard for my 15 year old cat when I called for an appointment to have a checkup for her. I had not brought her in for several years, so this might have been the reason. They used to be good.

Dr Truesdale is a great vet except for zero after care help. Unfortunately everyone at the front counter, with the exception of Kevin, is extremely rude and very, very slow. They all have terrible attitudes. Dr. Truesdale should run off with Kevin snd start anew
