Worker sam dont ever know what to do always calling other people to do her work then snickers and makes fun laughs and stares at customers cause shes dumbfounded and illiterate at her own job the DOLLAR STORE... Sad case who needs to be fired or see a mental psychiatrist acting like that toward customers. Miserable and useless

This review will be my opinion on the Dollar General stores as a whole and not just a reflection on this location. I'm not a fan of the concept of "Dollar" General because in my opinion putting the word Dollar in your store name insinuates that it is in fact a "dollar store" and with Dollar General (as well as Family Dollar) this is simply not the case. In fact there are very few things that cost $1.00, if any. This location is convenient to my home and in a pinch I will stop in to grab something I need quick, but overall I try to avoid it. Not only are there few to no items that are $1.00 the items that are not $1.00 always seem to be overpriced in my opinion. The tape measure or dish towel that is $1.00 at Dollar Tree is of the exact same quality of the se items available at Dollar General, yet at Dollar General they are easily 3 to 5 times the price. When this specific location was a Benny's store a few years back I didn't mind paying a little extra to a local owned and family run business who was selling a decent quality product at a competitive price. This new model of faux dollar stores seems to be selling the same low quality items as the true dollar stores, except selling them for the prices of a higher quality item at a regular store. It's for this reason thst I do my best to avoid Dollar General (and Family Dollar) stores. Use your own judgement and decide for yourself, but as I said, when necessity strikes I will grab something at the Dollar General. Thanks for reading!!

The manager there is so unfair to Black American customers. She was very rude and impatient to an older customer that was trying to use the digital coupon system. I was given a ripped $20.00 dollar bill. I didn’t want it. I then was told to go to the back of the line after the other cashier was going to give me a different bill. Then he didn’t. So I’m being told the register can’t be open without a purchase. I’m nit buying anything else. I just want a bone ripped bill. She goes and calls the cops. Then told me in bit welcome in her store. Cool! I don’t want anything I just purchased. I too called for cops supervisor. Who then went into the store and made a return. Which I felt the first cop should have done. He tried to make me go to another store and return my merchandise. NO!

Typical DG store. Very few things are actually a dollar except that one aisle. Quality of things are not good of course, neither are the prices. Save money, go to Walmart!
