“This is by far one of the best locations. Not only is the manager Mike amazing but Jan in jewelry was extremely friendly and helpful in picking out items and Emma at checkout was very friendly and personable. This location was the best to shop with my daughter’s Norwegian boyfriend and they made him feel comfortable and an excellent shopping experience, unlike Plainville Ma location where the staff wasn’t nice. I appreciate Mike going above and beyond to us.”

“Steve in the furniture department was great. We had bought a couch and it was not able to make it to the 2nd floor apartment we are in. I had asked the return policy in case a situation like this happened and he assured me that as long as the furniture was not damaged there wouldn’t be an issue. He was very sympathetic for us when we returned with the couch and helped suggest smaller options to give a try. He did let me know to really try to double check our measurements because a 2nd return isn’t as easy. Luckily 2nd time was the charm and everything fit fine. Thank you Steve for a friendly transaction on a very stressful day.”
