Even fixing mistakes I've made by asking a friend to repair what I thought was a small(ish) problem. Once I had a catastrophic laptop failure and I needed a file on it for a wedding in a few hours. He went out of his way to help. His prices are fair and he knows what's he's doing. I highly recommend him.”

“I wanted to take the time to write this review because I had such a great experience at the North Attleboro store. We had an isolated situation with a TV and went to BestBuy for advice. Upon arrival the greeter at the door heard my issue and called a manager over very quickly. The manger was a complete professional and applied some “out of the box” thinking to help me solve my problem. Once my situation was figured out they offered me a store credit as my goal was to get a larger TV. I was then introduced to Jeremiah in the TV section and he was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. He helped me find exactly what I needed, processed my sale quickly and brought the Tv out to my car. I was in and out of the store in under a half hour on SuperBowl Sunday. Was very happy with the customer service and happy to say that I will be more apt to make in store purchases vs online due to the staff here. Thank you”
