“Eddie is the best. He works for the customer and gets great prices for you. We ordered a lot of Timbertech railings and deck boards from Paul at Home Depot in Seekonk and he ordered round ballisters and railings that fit square ballisters. I had to speak to the top Home Depot manager to get my money back because everyone else at Home Depot said we cant get our money back because we should have checked the order before we bought it. Isn't that Pauls job in special products... to make sure hes ordering the right stuff that fits? Eddie knew what we wanted and matched Home Depots price AND had it delivered in a week. Even better..their delivery driver called and asked if we had sprinkler heads near our driveway. We do so he walked the products to the garage. WTH! Great, great service. We will recommend and use them from now on. Thank you so much. Jodi”

“Had no issues. Great place to deliver as far as I’m concerned. Easy in and out with plenty room to maneuver. I had to back up to one of those portable docks / ramps with a dry van. But, there is more than enough room to get yourself lined up with it. The unloader guides you back anyway so it’s not bad. Unloading I think was good as well. I think a little over an hour with one person Unloading a 53 foot trailer full of insulation bales is more than acceptable. The bottom line is I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.”

“I recently purchased a washer/dryer combo from Lowe's Store #1014 in North Attleboro, MA, and was quite pleased with the customer service I received from Associates George and Fernando in the Appliance Department. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. I recommend this store and these two associates, if you want a great buying experience. Thank you, George and Fernando at Store #1014!”

They handled my impatience with grace and professionalism. My mother said she had a similar experience at the store, with the associate Quinn. Lowe's has some helpful patient and kind amazing people.
