Sold me a floor model TV without disclosing it. On top of which they reset the "hours run" counter in the TV to 0.The website listing for open box didn't mention floor model, nor did the order details or the employees at pick up. Only after renting a truck, lugging it home and installing the tv did I find an internal stock manifest that showed it was a floor model.There is ZERO way to contact the store directly to resolve this, and the overseas call center is less than useless, saying they can't do anything to resolve issues with open box items. I will never buy from Best Buy again

Don't waste your time coming here if you need anything for professional cameras forget it they don't have anything just empty shelves, you go to Walmart you get more things of course they are generic but they have it this store gets worse every year honestly!

I just purchased a brand new blue M3 iMac thanks to Jacob. He saved me hundreds of dollars on my purchase, and was extremely helpful! His suggestions made it extremely easy for me to decide what I needed. Give that man a raise ASAP!

If I could leave no stars I would. Had a dishwasher delivered weeks ago and was told by the installers that it didn’t fit. Incorrect, they only had to take the feet off to install it. Ordered a new dishwasher and after installed, I went to use it and it short circuited. When the geek squad came out they said that I was lucky it didn’t burn down my house because it was a faulty dishwasher! New dishwasher delivered today with no installer! So they took the new one, left the faulty one and again I’m left without a dishwasher. Can’t even get ahold of a store manager or anyone at corporate that is helpful. So you almost burnt down my house with your faulty product but can’t seem to figure out a solution to get me an installer today…as promised!?!? Make this make sense!

I was helped by Elvis the manager. Elvis is hands down the best best buy employee I've ever met. He was kind, patient and answered all my questions. Definitely my favorite best buy location of all time

I was looking to purchase tv 65” but wasn’t sure which brand, so Jackson LLoyd helped me to chose the best brand for me and I was able to get good deals and purchase soundbars. Definitely recommend going to this location everyone is nice and helpful.

Went to Seekonk to purchase an Apple tablet and needed to transfer all information from old tablet. Best Buy customer service guy was excellent and took us to the Geek Squad area to help with transfer. When the Geek squad guy was asked to help, I could see some resistance and said he couldn't do it cause we did not have an Apple ID, which we did. When I pushed back, all he said was OK, " Sunday morning at 10;30AM" I asked what he meant, that was when he made appt for us for training? I only gave a 2 rating because the customer service guy was excellent. Geek guy was rude and made us feel like dumb bells. Going to Apple store for help now.

Good selection of electronics in every category. It was a busy day when I went but I was still given the time and attention I needed to find what I needed and decide between several brands. Their price matching is awesome and some things you just need to see in person before purchasing. Auto service center was excellent as well for installs - knowledgeable and talented, clean install without any issues.

There’s is nobody working here except the five security employees talking at the door! Takes forever for anything and the one guy at the customer service / register counter gets beat down by the customers while the security guys watch, not cool!
