The geek squad should let people know ahead of time when they book an appiontmentr that they only work or certain items I wasted my time going back next day just for them to tell us they don't help with game systems . Whicn is fine just would of been. Nice to know

I'm angry because I've always gone to BestBuy for every TV purchase. I contacted Best buy yesterday and they said my TV "protection" was cancelled though it wasn't due to expire until October 2024. I went there in March to have them add RAM to my laptop. That's just regular maintenance. Yesterday they told me that they cancelled my plan for the TV for the service for the laptop. I DIDN'T ask for any type of membership, just a simple in & out service. This had nothing to do with the TV and didn't require them to switch one for the other. So much for being a loyal customer.

Do you guys ever open a cash register. It is beyond annoying to stand behind someone for 30 minutes who needs service on an iPad so you can check out for one item. You have a person standing at the front doing nothing, 3 people at geek squad doing nothing, and a customer who wants to pay and can't. This is why I go to Dartmouth.
Not even a bag to carry my purchase out in...sad

I’ve been a regular Best Buy customer for years in other cities and my experience here was unparalleled in a bad way. I receive a message that my pick up order was ready and then headed there maybe an hour after that.
When I arrived at the store and waited for pickup for over a half hour there was zero communication from anyone in the store on a delay. I finally went in store and a woman asked me to pull up so they could load it in my car…another half hour passes by with the only communication finally happening because of me going into store to ask. The store said they didn’t have any bubble wrap so had been trying to figure out what to do. Communication is free and it wouldn’t have been hard to tell me that there was going to be a wait but no one could do it.
Anyways I get the tv back home which was not an easy feat on my own, driving slowly since not secure and while the tv looked normal more or less, once I put it on the mount clearly the whole panel was damaged. I tried calling the store back but every time I was transferred it’s just disconnected. I finally called Best Buy again and ask them to reach out the store management.
*edit - someone from the store called me back to do a pickup which appreciate that won’t have to try to cart this back to Mass

I find the best buys at Best Buy!! Sounds silly but it is true. I am a nerd and have worked on major technical equipment so I know what I am talking about. ?
The staff are attentive and knowledgeable amd that is refreshing.

Poor customer service. If you come here you have to expect to find what you need on your own. Asked for someone to help me they told me it will be another 10 mins for someone to come assist me even though there was a group of employees chilling and laughing right at the entrance. 20 mins later, still didnt send any one and had to hunt down the help.
