“Having had an inside tire leaking air for several days on our RV, we rolled into the Tire Doctor on 9/12/23 and they got right on diagnosing the problem. They found a leaking valve stem and although they didn't have one quite as long as the one that was leaking, they were able to figure a solution by putting a shorter extension on the valve stem to get us back on the road. Super helpful, quick, and very reasonably priced! Thanks!”

They took care of the spill on the ground and provided me a chair and space to wait by myself until the tow truck came. 10/10 thank you!!!”

“I went to O'Reilly Atwood location. I wanted to charge my ac refrigerant. I had some issues trying to find where to put the charging hose, Keith came out and found where it went. He charged it up and I was on my way thanks to Keith I kept my cool, and will return to same location because of attention to detail Keith provided.”

“Phenomenal customer service.While vacationing in the area a fellow motorist alerted me that my brake lights were out .A buddy mentioned that O’reilly’s might be able to help ( local mechanic wasn’t available till Thursday.)Spoke with Jason at O’reilly’s ( Post Rd) - he told me to come over and he’d take a look.He did way more — and within 15 minutes I was on my way - fully operational.ps - the mechanic in Pautuxet Village made the repair sound a lot more complicated.Thank you Jason”

“the star of this review is an employee named Kaydance. I am admittedly a fish out of water in an auto parts store .. and and obvious one at that . I wasted on time walked right up to the register what I needed for the model of my car . she was fast, efficient and very personable. She took me right over to what I was looking for.and explained the volume needed for my vehicle. she asked me questions to help me resolve just what I'd need to get and thank god she did because I was blissfully ignorant to what I was about to do to my car in what can only be called a foolish roll the dice. she was as benevolent as she was well informed . my mind was at ease, knowing I was in good hands. she even went as far as to refer me to a reputable garage that she personally patronizes reassuring me that I'd be in good hands after I left. kaydance is a model employee, and in exemplary human. I appreciate the interaction I had with her today.”
