Loving my Grand Marquis. Billy is a character, but overall good experience. Most of his cars are junk, so make sure you know what your getting into before you buy.

Would give negative stars if possible, worse car shopping experience of my life. Billy is a con artist, was sold an absolute lemon (but too much mileage to fall under protection of lemon law),refusal to take car back. Transmission issues within two weeks of purchase! Promised money for rental car, never received. Truck still having issues after being in shop for four weeks. Start far away from this place.
