We were applying for my daughter's passport and on the application the country me and my wife were born in were Syria and Lebanon. The clerk, Ron, said oh two countries we are at war with, how do you feel about that? How outright racist!! Spoke to his supervisor, Steve, who just apologized, nothing about making sure this doesn't happen again!! Absolutely horrible from both of them.

I paid $30 for overnight service with my passport for express renewal. A week later it is still showing as not having left Scituate. The employee wrapped the bar code around the edge of the envelope and said that would not be a problem! When I questioned his move he belittled me saying it will be fine. I’ll NEVER GO TO THIS POST OFFICE again. No wonder services like UPS and FEDEX exist!
