My family and I have been bringing our cars to Dave at Shell in Scituate for years. His talent for figuring out those unusual problems and his excellent reliable work makes having him fix our cars as stress free as car repairs can be. He has fixed our Volvos, our “trusty” 2003 Toyota Sequoia and Infinity cars. Dave has purchased both dealer and used parts for us depending on the job and our preferences. He just replaced the rear differential in my Sequoia with a part he found in New Mexico that was good as new and saved us over a thousand. The rest of the guys that work there are super friendly which is always nice. I highly recommend!Services: Engine repair

Went there for a inspection sticker, Mechanic informed me that it failed due to both upper and lower ball joints,on both sides. Cost to fix $1100...,. Took it to another shop closer to where I work,to have it repaired while at work. Mechanic that was going g to do the work,informed me that upper ball joints were fine.did not need to be replaced.They replaced lower ball joints at half the cost. So either there not very good at there jobs or......... I'm sure you can figure out the other reason..
