I've used 1st Call Auto Haul back in 2018 when I was moving from MA to CA for work. Eric took the time to explain the process to me and even offered to drop off the vehicles at his house so that they could be shipped out after I left and I could minimize the time I was "carless". Both cars have arrived on time and in great condition. Fast forward five years, I was moving back East and 1st Call Auto Haul was my obvious choice. Eric worked with me to arrange the transportation of my two vehicles so that my first car was ready for me at the destination on the day of our arrival and the second car arrived two days later. As usual - clear and straightforward communication, attention to detail, and great customer experience.If you are hesitating - go ahead and give 1st Call Auto Haul a call. They aren't the cheapest vendor out there, but sometimes it make sense to pay a little extra for a piece of mind and knowing that you'll be taken care of.Thank you, Eric!

Moving our daughter's car from Massachusetts to California was an efficient and smooth experience, all thanks to Eric at 1st Call Auto Haul. We had looked into other transport companies that provided lower estimates, but the reviews led us to second-guess their reliability. After reading the great Yelp reviews for 1st Call Auto Haul, we contacted Eric -- and, boy, are we glad we did! Within a month of our first phone call -- and after subsequent calls and email exchanges -- the car was expertly delivered to our home. Throughout the entire process and in every interaction, Eric was patient, thorough, and honest. My only suggestion would be to change the name to 1st *AND ONLY* Call Auto Haul as this is truly the one company you'll want to use to move your car!

Not enough good things to say about Eric and his company. The whole process was painless, he was excellent with communication, and managed to answer all of my questions about shipping before I could ask. He booked me incredibly quickly with a fantastic shipping company who also took great care of me. It took all of 2 minutes reading reviews to turn me off from other larger companies like Montway and Roadrunner, so I'm so glad I was able to work with Eric. Absolutely will be recommending first call to others and will ship with them again!

If I could give more stars, I would. I started purchasing a car online in March from Georgia. That turned into a nightmare and I ended up purchasing my car from Seattle. Tbh, I wasn't even going to try again and Eric recommended CarGuru and I found my very specific car I wanted, so I was delighted. The absolute smoothest part of all of this, that took months btw, was working with Eric. He was on top of Both dealerships for me and made sure everything went smoothly once purchase was complete. Before I found him I was abs bombarded with quotes and quickly realized I had no idea what I was doin. Enter Eric! My car arrived in perfect condition! And going clear across the country the time the driver made I thought was impressive! Before you give out your email or God forbid, your # like I did and get hammered with crazy quotes, just work with Eric. I live for reviews so hopefully this helps anyone in the market for car transport!!

5 years, 20 lbs, and a new Corolla later, a lot of things have changed but Eric's awesome service at 1st Call Auto hasn't. When I accepted a new job on the other coast, I knew that the one part of the cross country move I wouldn't have to worry about would be shipping my car. Just like last time, communication was easy and prompt despite it being August student moving / holiday / COVID truck driver shortage season. Eric was honest and up front, and managed my expectations so that I made the best decision time wise, even though it was more inconvenient on the front end. As long as 1st Haul Auto is operating and run by Eric, I will never use another company if I have to ship my car.

After COVID, the auto transport industry is rocky at best. For a cross-country move, I hired one company that I later had to fire given total lack of communication. In contrast, my experience with Eric and 1st Call Auto Haul was great. Eric was very honest and clear regarding the current challenges in the post-COVID era and carefully guided me through the process. He frequently checked in, answered the phone, and effectively advocated for me. I can recommend him without hesitation!

Used 1st Call to ship car to CA and the overall service was great. I have used other car transport companies and main benefit of 1st Call is that you have the same point of contact (Eric) v others where you call a general number and there is no personal service or attention to your specific needs. Eric is very responsive, experienced and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We got out car out to CA on time. I highly recommend 1st Call.

I used Eric a couple years ago but I just realized I never wrote him a review. Eric was awesome. I needed to transport my car from Boston to SF and everything just felt right. Eric returned my calls and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond and let me drop my car off at his home because of difficult logistics. The driver had excellent communication as well and texted me as needed. You can definitely count on Eric to get your car transported safely!
