Terrible experience and unhelpful customer service. Indifferent staff that said they were unable to inactivate my service and open my new account. Asked me to call to a phone number to process my request online, the number was directing me to a machine. Since I already spent there per of my Sunday morning, I insisted in getting some assistance. One rep. said that the manager will take care of my issue and give me a call, no one ever contacted me.I ended up going to a different store, it took them 15 minutes to resolve all my issues. I’m never going back to this store

I stood in line for 35 minutes just so I could get a new tv remote!! This was bad! 3 employees in the store. 2 were taking their sweet time, the 3rd just walked up to us and made "tickets" for them to know what they needed to then walked away and did nothing. After 35 minutes of waiting in line and 3 people behind me got fed up and left, I finally got up I told them I needed a new tv remote and he just tossed the old one out and handed me a new one.Are you kidding me!?!?!?!?!!!It took them 10 seconds to litterly just throw away the old remote and hand me a new one then tell me just follow the instructions inside the package.So I waited 35 minutes for a 10 second interaction. I felt like that 3rd employee litterly could have gotten me out of that store when I told them I just wanted a new remote.Might be me venting here but there is a coffee shop next door, maybe the employees would like some coffee so they can speed it up!

All of the staff were courteous and timely, and today, Ryan became my hero when he fixed a problem with my new phone. He was gracious, knowledgeable and most importantly he got my phone to work!!! ?Great store, great service!

Carlos the young man working at the Xfinity store is Saugus was courteous and helpful. My phone stopped working suddenly. Carlos immediately was able to identify the problem in the Sim card and replace the card asap. aWithin five minutes my cell phone was restored working. His knowledge and his ability to identify the root cause of my problem, proved valuable, saving me time and effort. Carlos is fantastic !

Walk into the store with line one person in front 9/30 630PM. Wait 15 minutes while employee providing support to a line of customers alone and another comes out brushing around the non-existent dirt with a 6inch broom around the room. I ask for assistance to drop off equipment for this person he refuses and is apparently new then continues to brush nothing around the store. The salesman then offered me to leave my equipment and he would send me a receipt but only if I would give him a 10/10 for his service. I left with my equipment because this store is clearly not trustworthy. Bribing customers for better reviews with quicker service what is this Amazon?

Terrible service the workers are lazy, we went in for help twice and they basically brushed us off and sent us home with a sticky note that had a number on it that they said to call… Worker also smelled of marijuana and looked high. Disappointed in my experience not helpful at all.

Excellent service by Jo Jo of Xfinity Saugus, MA. Jo Jo explained all the benefits of converting to Xfinity. He was very professional and patient with both myself and my wife. Jo Jo is someone I will gladly do business with in the future. Very professional.

I went in to return disabled box n get new one...was in line for a few like 4 ahead or me or so...1 man left..tired of wauting....a young African American, or latino ..man wearing pants with cross on them (which I was going to compliment him on) black midlength curly hair was my customer rep...explained to him above he told me "MAAM u need to drop it off at FEDEX".. rudely...I told him it's not my responsibility to run this box around ..he didnt care...so I proceeded to go around Rte 1 in rush hour traffic to fedex..when I got there they were kind enuf to point out on box it's UPS..!!!! Terrible customer service by this young man! Called 800 nmbr they credited my account for rude customer service rep who refused to take box back or give me a receipt for it. And they're sending a rep out to get box! I definitely won't go there again!

If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would they waited 2 plus months to install the Internet even though they still haven't installed the Internet and I received the letter from xfinity themselves saying that they refuse to work with me because of my credit history even though I am only 18 years old but was still willing to pay for the service. They also said that they needed to get an engineer to my house to rewire some of the wiring in my apartment and they never did. They came on 3 separate occasions and told me the same thing each time even though I was supposed to have an appointment set up right after the 1st appointment. They were also late each time that they came And one of the times the worker even came into the building without permission and without notification that they were on their way or even coming into the building, Which was noticed by my landlord and was caught on camera. The workers were also uncooperative and unproductive. And one of the times the worker decided to bother my neighbor even though I told him that it wasn't the best idea. I personally feel angry and offended by the way that the thing treated me and this whole process and I will definitely not be working with them moving forward, and I recommend that you do the same.

After receiving no help for a simple service adjustment at the Washington Street location in Boston, we stopped in here to see if we would get the same disinformation. This was not the case. Our representative listened to what I asked for and was able to make the change and save us on our bill in fewer than 5 minutes. Thanks for the help!
