“Ladies, don't let it harsh your mellow when using the dressing room which feels like a disorganized pile of laundry. I was finally pleased to find some deals in swimwear. Although I purchased the shoes I chose, I felt disappointed that the price was higher than what I understood from the posted sticker. My shopping experience could've been improved if the cashier understood English, or I guess if I learned Spanish to go there. Sephora is organized nicely in here. The bus stop at the door is very convenient.”
“Loved my shopping experience! Jessica and her customer service is amazing! I went to look for a specific pair of jeans but they didn’t have them; she showed me similar options and so she gave me 4 jeans to try on and after so many, i found the perfect fit thanks to her! She deserves a raise! Thanks Jessica!”
“This is a great store for most things, they just did not have what I was looking for. I was looking for something along the lines of either a leather braided necklace, or perhaps even a hemp rope necklace. Something similar at least. They had nothing remotely like what I wanted, however I did only want black and they did have some hand-woven hemp style necklaces but they were tan with pink stones. I've always liked Hot Topic though.”
“What can I say You got to love Old Navy!! Shopping there forever. They have all my sizes they have really good quality at really good prices..You can get almost anything you want in there except for XXXL tall guy. I guess they don't care that big stuff but you can get that stuff online if it doesn't fit you you can return it at the Old Navy store!!My favorite place to shop!!I hope it never goes away!!”

“I purchased a few dresses trying to find the right fit. I returned the ones that didn’t work and kept one I kinda like until I found the right one for my son event. I went tonight to return the one I kinda like as I found a better option and was told I was out of the 30 day window. Dress was in the original package with tags . Customer service said I could have a store credit so I took it as it was there policy and what could I do. when I went to the parking lot my receipt said$53 when I spent $119. I went back inside and the customer service said that’s all they would give me. I called customer service and was told to ship the dress back and when they receive it they will determine credit? I don’t understand there solution how can I ship a dress and hope for a credit for unknown amount. Thank goddess there was a supervisor Christina who was not only very polite empathetic and want returning a used dress several months later this was a new dress . She was able to refund my card and because of this there is still humans in customer service who understand we are not all a policy . I am a mom on a fixed income trying to look nice for my son communion on a budget and don’t have time to shop so I order a few dresses hoping to find a fit. I will return to Macy again but only because Christina changes my mind

“I came in to get a giftcard for my son's gf. I never hear of Torrid. Now- I will never buy jeans or hoodies anywhere else. They specialize in size 10+. But the clothes are cute and trendy. They can be a little pricey but there's sales & discounts all the time. The jeans fit like they're supposed to! I dont have to pull them up everytime I reach down. Everything is made high quality- the camis are long, the tops are flattering. I'm addicted to this store now. Oh- sales girls are soooo nice too.”
