Finally got the push to move all of my prescriptions to CVS. I encounter errors every time I come here. Finally I spoke with two different people about a copay card. Person I spoke with said they would call manufacturer help desk. An hour later when I went to pick up on my way to airport for vacation, was told they didn’t have time to call so I had to pay $100 copay with just a “sorry”. I’ve been filling this Rx here for two years and they somehow always seem to create more work for me by messing up the fill every time. This is the final straw.

I ordered online from the weekly circular. A great price on protein powder. Buy 1, get 1 50% off. Out of 4, three flavors were in stock, the other flavor was substituted. Walgreens isn't supposed to substitute flavor but provide another brand, same flavor, if possible.

This Walgreens is getting a bad review because they replaced the simple glass doors to their coolers with cooler screens with digital advertisements. Instead of paying their workers better or acquiring more stock of useful goods, the higher ups at Walgreens decided to implement a useless and pathetic piece of technology that makes the shopping experience harder and inconvenient while shoving advertisements down our throats. Consumers Ought to discourage businesses from adopting stupid Technology that makes ourshopping experience worse.

Drive thru, woman never turned around to ack me, I spoke to her back the entire time. meeded to give her my contact info twice, she said she couldn't find my profile. I explained scripts are ready for pick up and are in the bin!!!! She disappeared for a couple of minutes, I beeped and she suddenly appeared!! Instructions on label are incorrect! When Sam, the pharmacy manager called me regard my complaint was apologetic but when I told her about the mistake in how to take medication, she didn't get it!

I went in to get a prescription that also happens to be an over the counter product. I have a PPO plan and a prescription card through work. Somehow, this $30 OTC was going to cost me over $300. I was told they tried to put my insurance through but only got the opportunity to work with a Pharmacy Tech despite asking for the Pharmacist. The Pharmacy Operations Manager” who appeared to be a glorified tech, rudely told me the Pharmacist was on lunch and I could wait 10 minutes if I wanted to speak to her. She then tried to show me a similar product that didn’t have the same active ingredient and wasn’t the OTC version of this prescription.As a former CVS Store Manager, I must say this Walgreens is very poorly run, especially the pharmacy. CVS is nothing special but this is a joke and a poorly run pharmacy at that.I’ll take my business to a pharmacy that has a Pharmacist available to help patients.

All these pharmacists and tech's need to be fired, reprimanded,re-trained as well as learn how to treat the general public. My friend and I and a 18 month old baby sat in the drive thru for over 50mins!

Sloppy, and left behind medicine. I needed. I am sick and had someone pick up my meds. Of course they left it out. I call and puts me on hold for 2 hours for 3 days straight. Place isn’t good and shouldn’t have a pharmacy like the other locations. It’s pathetic and corporate should be watching how bad this isn ran

The pharmacy is SO slow. Every single time I come it's a minimum of 30 minute wait. So frustrating! Hire some more people!!!!

The pharmacy service when calling is terrible. I just received a call from them that was a recording that there is an issue with one of the prescriptions and I've tried to call and they don't answer. I'm changing to cvs.

Well stocked Walgreens, at the Saugus Walgreens at walnut street. Clean and professional. They have a bathroom you can use they open up with a key. The pharmacy is usually a long-ish wait but not too too bad. Prices are a little steep, but with rewards program it makes it a little better. Great sales too, especially on cereal believe it or not! Sometimes it’s like $1.99 each for multiple different kinds of cereal.

Worst customer service, the new women who is working she looks fat she’s very rude. She makes customer wait on purposely, she doesn’t care. I call to check on my refill I was on hold for 1 hour in 10 min after waiting so long they hang the phone on me

This is your standard Walgreens. The store is super clean. The staff extremely polite. The shelves are stocked and arranged well. As usual pharmacy down the back. Snacks and basics to the right. Miscellaneous throughout the left and center. Pricing is about standard for the Boston North area. Parking more than ample large private lot. Access route one southbound or Walnut Street.

Absolutely the worst pharmacyDon’t send ur rxs here. They don’t wear masks and they cough like it’s no one’s business…Never answer phone calls. Like how are they still in business?
