This had been one of my favorite stores until one day one of the managers gave me trouble for wanting to use my coupons and rewards on different products. It won't let me make purchases with my coupons that the store itself provides. But nothing stopped with today 7/7/2024 6:25am
I wanted to make 2 comparisons and I would get 2 Catalinas rewards and for refusing to sell the products she turned off the Catalinas machine so that it wouldn't print anything for me, and she told me that the machine was useless. How is that possible, very upset to be honest

I’ve always had great experiences with this pharmacy until today. The pharmacist had no idea what she was doing, was wildly unhelpful, and told me she “legally” had to close at 6 when she simply just had no idea how to help me and now my prescription is overdue.

The Saugus Walgreens is the most clean and organized store I have seen! Cheers to the managements and employees on that location!

I’m really happy with there service, been in the one in Wakefield and Saugus , never a problem, they sometimes have stocking issues, it’s because they sold out for what I’m looking for, they go and check to see if they have more in the back stock room, always helpful and friendly

If ur employee Matthew did not work there I wouldn't come within 20 feet of this building. He is so polite and helpful unfortunately there aren't more people like him. I recently tried to use a coupon one weekend and forgive me for saying this but she didn't know what to do and made no effort to try and help me. That would never had happened had Matthew been there. We need more Matthews

i always use this location there is a very helpful employee named matt who welcomes everyone into the store as they enter. he is also very good at his job from helping you to find things to using your receipt coupons to clipping the app coupons (which i dont like the app coupon system it is time consuming and frustrating). the location is right next to the highway exit so easy for driving or walking from within saugus. can be crowded at times. good for immunizations and you can buy postage stamps at the counter. i have had to return things on occasion never an issue. plenty of variety and selection. open 6am to midnight same as walmart very convenient. pretty good sales.

Came in here to buy a large pair of latex-free gloves and some mini plastic elastic bands. They are clean, organized and well-light. I was unable to find the elastic bands but found the gloves rather easily as I searched around the pharmacy. The private parking lot with two entrance and methods to exit were convenient being located on Route 1. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Pharmacist seemed nice but a little confused when helping a patient at their desk. Would come again if in the area.

I had an 11:30 flu shot appointment Completed everything on line. Noon and still waiting for my shot. Next year going back to my doctors office. Never again.

Pharmacy hours are very inconsistent. If planning to arrive after ~8pm I would recommended checking the website to see if they closed early. Pharmacy staff has been friendly in my experience.

Always have been friendly towards me especially the pharmacy and pharmacist. sometimes it's a bit of a wait for the pharmacy but that's just life they're busy at times but honestly have no complaints.

Let me start off by saying this location 1228 Broadway Saugus, MA is NOT my Walgreens. My Walgreens had sent me to this location to pick up my free Covid 19 masks that the government is supplying. I went into the store and an overweight man behind the register greeted me and asked if he could help me. I asked where I would find the masks. He said do you have gloves on, which I said no. He said masks are useless without gloves and then he gave me a bag containing 3 masks. He then said "people just want a freebie ". How rude in front of the others customers.

Not very happy. next time i'll be more careful. bought a bunch of things including trail mixes and nuts didn't realize the seal/had already been opened until a day later as if maybe somebody in the store was eating from the bag and then closed it up carefully by opening on the opposite side of the tear line. threw both bags in the trash. beware...

By far, one of the worst and most unprofessionally operated drug stores around. Inept staff, who talk down to you, and are clueless when it comes to the customer coming first! #walgreenssucks
