First (but not last) time customer. I discovered this great shop about a month ago. John and staff were fantastic right from the outset. Professional, friendly, efficient, and honest. Returned my call promptly with a very reasonable quote for the 100K maintenance work recommended for my Acura TLX (replace timing and serpentine belts, tensioner, spark plugs). Was able to fit me in on short notice and had all work completed by the end of the same day, as stated--and true to quote. No hidden or surprise charges. So, today, when my nose told me that something had crawled up into somewhere under my hood and died there, I went right to Wakefield Auto. Without any advance notice and with a generous spirit, John took my car in to find and resolve the problem. From every aspect, I couldn't be happier with this shop and would recommend them without hesitation!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I ran into a problem with a broken oil filter while driving through town at 5pm. This place was willing to let me bring it in within an hour of their closing time. They got it up on the lift, fixed it, cleaned up the mess and got me on my way. I can’t thank them enough. I recommend them 1000%.

These guys are awesome! John runs a great shop with excellent staff. Brought my car in this morning for an oil change and rotation. Was handled quickly with great customer service. When I was cashing out Jason even took some time to tell me about a sweet and unique classic muscle car that was in there so I never felt rushed getting in and out of there. Will absolutely continue to bring our cars there and happy to recommend them to anyone.
