The service was very bad. I called to see if they would give me information about my package since on the delivery days I was at my house and the driver did not ring the bell of the building and I called to see if I could pick it up and the person who answered could not. He let me talk and told me to call customer service and canceled the call.

It was a good experience overall. Only one visible person attending to customers at the time but he was doing a good job helping and moving the line along.

UPS erroneously delivered six packages to an address I never provided, insisting that I confirmed and signed for it, which is quite perplexing. Even the final destination wasn't disclosed until I contacted the shipping store. My friend and I had to retrieve the packages from this incorrect location ourselves, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. UPS's lack of assistance and care throughout this ordeal was disappointing. I'm only awarding one star for finally obtaining the packages myself.

This company is USELESS. Dropped a package off Saturday. Driver took it and scanned it in front of me. Got a confirmation from the company I was sending it back to the next morning. I get home from work Monday and the SAME PACKAGE, that I practically laminated with clear tape over the return label, is ripped off and they redelivered it to me and left it in an unlocked hallway. Impossible company to contact and get answers from. I will NEVER USE ups ever again. You’re actually worse than the usps and I didn’t think that was possible.
