I purchased a plant here and when I went to repot it at home, found furry worms, larvae, spiders, and root rot in it. I took pictures of the plant and bugs/decay, took off the tag and kept it, and disposed of the plant; obviously I was not going to keep it in my apartment until I could return it. I took the pictures, receipt and tag and explained the situation. The cashier couldn't help me and didn't know what to do so I asked to speak with the manager instead. Some guy came over that I am pretty sure is not the manager and I explained the situation to him. He said I had to bring the plant there if I wanted him to help me and was extremely rude, he was not making any sense or couldn't answer any of the questions I was asking him. I tried many times to explain to him how it was infested and rotted and had multiple different bugs inside of it, and how disgusting that is to have that inside of your home. He tried saying weird things like I wouldn't try to return shoes if I didnt have them with me and I said that shoes do not have the potential for root rot and worms. I asked where to keep it, he said I could've kept it outside, but I told him that I live in an apartment complex so I can't do that, nor would I keep this item in my car or want to put it in there to transport it to return it. I'm not sure why I had to even explain to this guy that I wasnt going to have a decaying, bug infested item it my home. I have animals and many other plants that the spiders, worms and larvae could've bothered. I should have prefaced this with the amount of plants I have purchased from Home Depot. My home is filled with plants. I am not trying to get a free plant. I went to get the refund because I was sold an item that was rotting and infested and took it inside of my home and stuck my fingers in it. That is disgusting. It's not about money. This is why I took three pictures of the condition of the plant and kept the tag. So after talking in circles with this guy, I asked him what he would do if I took it there for the return and he said "Well we would throw it away." And I said exactly, and walked away, and he couldn't respond and had no further dismissive repetitions. It's upsetting to think of how many plants I've purchased here and the level of miscomprehension of this "manager" who was insanely ignorant and unprofessional. It's disgusting how I was treated for not holding onto an infested, rotting item that was sold to me and refused a refund or help of any kind.

Customer Service cashier interaction was the worse I ever experienced. When I got in line, the person being helped walked by me, rolled her eyes, and shook her head while leaving. The person behind me left with exasperation. When I questioned if the cashier was ready for me, I received a rude response. When my transaction was completed I was handed the receipt with a dismissive attitude. Cashier Filomena does not understand the basic tenets of Customer Service. There was no service today at Customer Service.

I had the best customer service experience at this location, after a complete cluster*!+ at the Danvers location. Ricardo the supervisor was so empathetic and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure our order was corrected and loaded into our car safely. It is so nice to see someone who is passionate about treating the customers with respect and dedication.

If you need assistance for an order don't ask Larry in the window department. Waited 15 for him to come to his department after asking several employees if there was anyone available. He reviewed my papers went into his computer and told me my order was not there yet. I asked to confirm because I had received an email and called to set up a pick up time the day prior. He told me there was nothing he could do several times and that my order had it come in yet. I showed him my email he barely looked at it stated he didn't know why I got that email. He had 2 others waiting in like and told me to go to service desk for them to explain where my order was. Spoke with Alex in customer service he found my order within seconds. Was very helpful and patient after I asked several questions. Gave a 3 because although Larry didn't want to work Alex was helpful.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Dick in the door department. What a kind and thorough worker! He went above and beyond to answer all of my newbie questions, showing me around the "show room" and he even called vendors with me sitting there to get answers from the Jeld Wen people and the contracted laborer in real time. He then followed up with me on the phone to help me finalize the purchase. We ordered an entry door with sidelites, an additional entry door and a storm door. They haven't been installed yet, but so far, so good! Dick deserves a promotion for his time, effort, friendliness, patience and knowledge! The one star off is just for the amount of time it took to get things squared away. Seemed like the computer software wasn't super helpful in this process. Also, it's a shame there weren't any swatch colors to view. I'll be back soon to update my review when the project is done!

I bought a stainless steel gas range, but when it arrived, it had a huge dent in the front. When I spoke to the HD manager, he told me I need to speak to Samsung Customer Service, Home Depot has nothing to do with the product or the delivery. When I spoke to Samsung CS, they said it is Home Depot's problem. Both parties are all about taking your money, but if they mess up, it's the customer's problem.

Curbside pickup more like place a order 3 days later call and ask about it and the tell you ur Allset and cancel the entire order has happened 3 times now Allset

Got told that my delivery time got taken due to a computer error. No one called, no email, nothing. I wait on hold for 1 hour. They said they will call the store. I then wait, and get a generic email from a box that is do not reply even though the agent said he would give me his email that I could call the store and ask for Travis. Then The assistant manger Travis, did NOTHING to help move it along. My items are all there, so tell me why can't the delivery men take mine? I will never go here or order from here. You probably shouldn't too. I will now wait 11+ days for my "express" delivery.

They are ok. It's always freezing in there because they always leave the back doors open. It makes it difficult to shop for too long. Outside of that I've always found them to be helpful.

This is the worst run home depot i hAve ever been in . Some times i stop here for convenience and its always a awful experience The workers are never in the departments they Are supposed to be and you hAve to search the store to find help. And god help you if there is a problem at the register and they hAve to call for a manager you will be standing there for WhAt feels like a eternity waiting Do yourself a favor and go to a different home depot it's worth a ride to avoid this Place

They have a gentleman here who was the most helpful!! He helped us with loading our car up and took the flat cart away and immediately after he noticed a couple trying to get a large box into their car and he rushed over to assist them. I wish I had gotten his name but he was doing this all in the freezing cold outside and with a smile on his face!

My father went out this morning 05/27/2019 to shop for some supplies, he is building a fencing/front garden. By far the most disappointing experience he has had with Home Depot. The General Manager did not attend to a situation with a incorrect transaction made with a cashier. My father paid off one of his HomeDepot Credit cards (of 2) before he filled out a material/item work order, my father told the cashier 3x while he was typing away that there was 2 sides of the sheet filled out. After the cashier filled the order, of only the front of the sheet he rang up my father with a coupon, my father wanted to apply to the entire order. My father signed for the purchased & realized the cashier had not rung him up for the entire order and had applied the coupon. The cashier became flustered and with an atrocious attitude claimed he would not know how to correct his mistake. I do need to express that my father at this moment felt uncomfortable and discriminated against. He had told the cashier everything he needed from the transaction & it was not completed correctly; the General Manager on the side lines instead of steping in and handling the transaction, called my father to a "side bar" and told him to leave. HomeDepot not only did he cancel his 2 credit cards when he got home but will never do business with your company again. Hopefully you will take action with this incompetent behavior at this store.
