I wasbso excited that they had a Kendal Scott necklace my granddaughter wanted, and I was able to use the 30% coupon that I had. Woohoo. Great items in the store.

Clean store and super helpful staff.They had a very wide selection of cards and lots of other small items.I wish I was there for more than a greeting card.

Amazing customer service. I went in looking for a specific plush but I couldn't find it. The lovely cashier checked their stock for it and even called the other paper stores to see if they had it. I really appreciated her taking time out of her day to find something so insignificant for me. Would tip if I could.

I visited the Paper Store in Saugus about 2 weeks ago and Janna helped me select a beautiful pair of Cape Cod earrings for my sister. Janna was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. This location has always had a great selection of merchandise and I will definitely be back! The coupons are a big help as well.

Manger is very rude! Went to store looking for ornament that was not supposed to be released until that day. Was told nothing is being released that day even though there were 4 different ornaments that were supposed to be released that day. Then was told well we may have already put them out in November and it’s not her fault they are allowed to do that. And also felt the need to throw in a couple of more remarks. You should of put it on a wishlist. Those people would get them first anyway. I have been collecting for over 25 years you don’t have to explain to me about a “wishlist”. Ornament was supposed to be a special release for that day so why would I think otherwise? Was I angry or rude to you once?? NO!! This is actually not the first time this particular woman has been rude. She has in the past also. I will shop elsewhere now. Don’t need the unnecessary rudeness and remarks.

One of my favorite places to go. I can always find gift that is different and I am proud to give! I love looking around and getting ideas for future celebrations! There are also staff members always available and eager to help?
