I went to Chris about my laptop that was a little over 11 years old. I was just trying to determine if it was time to retire it and get a new one or if it could be overhauled for some more life. He's an awsome guy and knows his stuff. He's fairly priced and the only reason I didn't have him work on the laptop was to no fault of his. It just made more sense to put that money towards the next laptop. He was also more than happy to let me pick his brain on some specs for my next laptop, and If I have any issues in the future I know exactly who to go to. Would highly recomend.

I bought a new printer and became very frustrated with the instructions and the printer's support line. I've talked to several "computer support" people but was not satisfied with either their lack of knowledge or disinterest. I texted Chris on Tuesday and he answered within an hour. He said he couldn't get here today, but he would early tomorrow morning. He called me when he fininished his Wednesday morning appointment to see
if I was available for him to come earlier. I was thrilled! I learned so much from Chris and really appreciated his patience explaining everything in detail. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He told me to call whenever I have questions or couldn't remember some things he taught me. Chris is a gem and I would never go anywhere else!

Brought my PC in for the hard drive to be cloned and installed. Chris was very pleasant and I couldn't believe how fast the work was done. Brought it in at 9:30 AM. Had it home by 1:30 PM. Very very reasonable price. Highly recommend his service. Frank

I am so happy with my computer. I brought it in about a week ago. It was running so slow, I had pop ups that just won't not stop and in some cases it would take up to half an hour to just turn it on to log in. I got it back and it felt like it was an entirely new computer. I had in back in 24 hrs and I couldn't be happier. Wish I could give it 6 stars

Recently I bought a new computer. I was having some issues setting up my programs . I decided to get some help instead of wasting days figuring it out myself and probably spending more money than I needed to. I decided to give Chris a try, I'm glad I did. Chris is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable and fairly priced he doesn't try to upsell or sell you anything you don't need. We're lucky to have him in our community.

I have struggled to find tech help that combines knowledge with affordability, communication skills and dependability.Found it with Chris.Great guy who knows his stuff and explains all your options in a clear,understandable way.Never have to worry about getting overcharged or sold something that isn’t the best solution to your problem.If you’re north of Boston,there’s no other place to go for your tech/computer needs.

Chris was great, my hard drive crashed and I went to Staples first (first mistake), there was no in that day in the service dept..(luckily), next off to Best Buy - where I was told it would be over $150 to tell me if my hard drive was dead, I opted to wait, I found out Staples was about the same. Then I called Chris - The Computer Store, diagnosis was $44, totally reasonable. I had picked my computer at BB but ended up ordering it from Chris who for the same money got me more bang for my buck (60$ worth more). When I picked it up he had all the updates installed. I will never go to the big stores again. I found Chris honest and extremely helpful. I am very glad I went this route and found Chris and The Computer Store!
